From the initial purchase to the administrative staff staying in constant contact, to the installation and start up to our regular maintenance calls--Hale Yes Generators has made the entire process a pleasure! Very trustworthy and reliable generator and electrical service company!

*** Update 1/12/2024: Hale's service was just out yesterday for another regular generator service and nothing has changed from my initial review. The service and office support (Jessica, Elizabeth, Stacey and Miss Tonya all make sure your issue or concern are addressed ASAP!) is better than ever and the one thing I would recommend is the purchase of the service plan so you do not have to worry over the last time you had your generator serviced or an unexpected battery failure, etc. Hale's service will make sure that your unit has fresh synthetic oil and a new filter every 6 months. Plus, they run your unit for a good long while-- checking to make sure everything is running smoothly. I highly recommend Hale Yes Electrical and Generac generators. (had Generac in FL for 20+ years and other than necessary battery replacement and 6 month service and oil changes --the generator came on when power failed and having A/C in FL during or after a hurricane is so critical- same with having heat if temps dropped below freezing here! Sort of like auto/homeowner insurance- we do not overly concern ourselves with the coverage until it is time to make a claim- then we expect to have excellent coverage! Hearing the generator start up within seconds of the power failing is a huge relief!

As an Electrical contractor, we deal directly with them for all of our Generator needs. Sitting here on Friday afternoon @ ~5 o'clock. First time I have lost power (off about an hour now) since having the Generac installed by Hales, and the cutover was seamless and only impact was had to restart the washer & dryer & wait for the internet to run through its processes and come back. All electric is functioning as designed. Appreciate the top notch install job done by Hales. NIce to have something run the first time you need it and it is much appreciated. Hats off to Hale's.

Hale’s Electrical Service installed our new generator back in February. We had contacted them a couple months prior to look at prices and options. Their salesman came to our house and answered all our questions. He was extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of the installation and product. Once we decided to go with Hales, it was smooth sailing! The girls in the office were awesome. They ALWAYS answered the phone and addressed every question or concern. No one was ever pushy with options we could purchase (and we added several to our contract). The installers were thorough and professional. Not a shred of anything was left in our yard. Very happy with their service and product!

I wish I could give HaleYes more than five stars. This is THE company that you want for such a big investment. They were way more detailed, knowledgable, professional and courteous than the other three companies I contacted. The whole project from the quote, installation and final inspection was seamless. The installation team was on time and worked like a well oiled machine. The office staff was responsive to my many questions, always polite and I never felt like a bother or rushed. I would hire Hale's every single time!

We have been client/customers with Hales Electric since 2015 when we purchased and they installed our whole home Generac generator. This system is always monitored and maintained by Hales. David & Tonya Hale the company owners are the best. They research, discuss & go above and beyond to help you when or if needed. We are proud to recommend their company when someone asks us about our generator system. David Hale or Tonya have called us back themselves when we had a question about anything. As busy as they are that’s outstanding customer service. We want to thank Austin the technician and helper Trevor for a recent service call. Austin corrected a wiring issue that an HVAC company we had out for our heat system could not figure the proper reconnect for the generator back to our heat. All systems are working great as before. We give Hales a plus 10 rating. This company really cares about it’s customers.

Our portable generator needed service beyond my troubleshooting abilities. When I started looking for Generac service locations near me, I was really concerned at the poor reviews of the ones nearby. We started looking further away and ran across Hale's (HaleYes!)

A little over an hour's travel time to drop the genny off. They promised it would be ready in two weeks - instead, it was only three days! Our genny is back, and running strong. Hale's is worth the trip - outstanding service, reasonably priced, under-promised and over-delivered! Thanks, y'all.

This company is AAA+ in my book! My Generator shut off overnight! I called the emergency number and a sweet lady answered the phone. Asked me a few quick questions and promised a technician would call. Within 2 minutes one called, walked me thru a simple diagnostic process and my Bessie fired right back up! This was 4:15 am February 18, 2021 during this darn, ice storm from h3ll! Thank you Hale Electrical❤
