Becca was the most helpful and honest person when helping me purchase my piece. It felt like she totally knew what I wanted even though I myself had no clue! She really nailed it and definitely recommend her if you have a hard time with the billions of choices the store has to offer!!

Aside from one incident, which wally fixed with moe, this store is on point. I am always up to date on all my smoking needs and the staff is extremely helpful. This is the latest in picture and is well worth the money.

Rebecca is GREAT she really puts her time into each customer,and what I like is that no matter what she tells you her honest opinion. I really like the employees Rebecca's awesome up near food Lion by the hospital I didn't go into the one by Kroger's and supposedly just want to kill monic but they pretty much have everything you need I tried quit smoking so I was buying the vapes but that was tearing my lungs up but they got everything it's pretty much a head shop but better their cigarettes are a lot cheaper than a lot of places around and you know and then if you do other things they got that too

I am so happy this place is now a part of Gloucester. Really convenient location, pretty standard all inclusive selection, everything from what you need for your Vape, your juice, tear Bob Marley T-shirts and other hippie where, too lots of pipes and water pipes and Awesome delta 8 and delta 10 products that are perfect if your just starting out, they will ease your stress and lighten your mood and give someone who barely smokes at all a pretty good hi👋. And the customer service is top notch , I have had them go out of their way to fix a broken cartridge for me, one time a friend was picking up a pipe for me but didn’t know what to get so I called ahead and the employee let me face time him and let me virtually shop walking his phone around the store and all the pipe cases and helped me get the perfect one so when my friend got there is was waiting at the counter with my name on it. I mean you just don’t get good smile on your brother ✌🏻& 💕 customer service like that anymore anywhere else so it’s always a treat when I have the $$$ and a reason to go in there. I honestly could buy up the whole store if I was rich enough! I just can’t sing enough praises for Rhinos tobacco and Vapes !

BECCA IS AMAZING! Smiling face when I walk in the door, very welcoming, helps me out with any questions I may have & trust me, I can be difficult lol. I love how she always remembers me, and treats me more than just a customer, but a friend and someone I can talk to comfortably when I walk in that door. Great place rode my bike from Glenn’s to the Gloucester location after a friend suggested the place. Had no experience in anything there other than the traditional items. The young lady that helped me was fantastic. She had a great attitude, was extremely knowledgeable and helped me with every question I could come up with. Bought a wide assortment of items and can’t wait to return. Thank you Becca (6stars) you were a great help. Thank you Rhino Tobacco and vape as well.

I came into the store for the first time to purchase a disposable vape. The person who helped me was very personable, knowledgeable about the products and answered all of my questions. Unfortunately, the disposable I decided to purchase was faulty and died after 2 days. I returned to the store and was able to make an exchange without any problem. I appreciate their willingness to make it right.

Very classy, upscale shop with savvy staff.
I found everything I needed and more.
We were impressed by the Zippo display
and the clothing. Such beautiful and unusual prints
to find in this area. Had there been more selection,
we likely would have bought something.
if it were mine, after my wife's comments,
I would expand this area to attract women to the shop.

OMG!

I didn't even know this store existed before 2 weeks ago.

I've been there twice in the past 3 days & can't walk out without buying something I didn't know they had.

The store is huge. The employees are knowledgeable & always willing to help & often put a name to something you describe to them.

I have to say, this establishment quickly became one of my favorites. Their customer service is above so many other. If you have questions about certain products, someone there will have the knowledge that you seek. With such a large selection of products, you're sure to find what you're looking for and if they don't have it, I feel certain they'll try to find it for you.
I also have to say, thank you for the FREEDOM you allow your customers as well.
