Mr. Boil - Cajun Seafood & Poke Bowl

I haven't had a decent poké bowl since moving from Hawaii. This place definitely hit the spot. The ingredients were fresh, and the portion sizes decent. The seafood boil was very good too. Better than Juicy King when factoring in taste and price.
The restaurant was clean, service was great, and the atmosphere is super chill. Will definitely be coming back again!

Okay this had to be the best poke hands down. Wasn’t expecting the bowls to be so big! Excellent and friendly customer service! Their combos are also delicious. Got the Mr. Boil special sauce thing which was superb. I got it medium for a little heat, but it wasn’t much! Would go for a higher level of spice my next time. Definitely will be coming back soon!

Very unique place with their name as light fixtures on the ceiling. Food came out and it was impressive. My husband said that it was a work of art! Everything tasted delicious. Very unique and u forgettable taste. We ordered Easy Eel Bowl and Fish and Boil Dish with Mr. Boil sauce which was great! Eel bowl had very fresh taste and the Fish & Boil had a unbelievable taste. The Mr. Boil sauce was fanatically delicious. We'll definitely co.e back! We really enjoyed our meal unexpectedly.

Overall great food and service. I’ve visited twice now and both times I had a consistent experience for lunch. The first time I had the soft shell crab poboy and this time the seafood boil bowl with shrimp and sausage. The poboy was a very good size that won’t leave you hungry. The taste was great as well, I just needed a lil hot sauce which is just personal preference. The seafood boil bowl was a healthy serving size as well. I got the spicy level of heat which had me sweating the whole time but was still flavorful. I’ll likely lower down to mild next time though. The service was fast and my waiter was very enthusiastic.

Mr. Boils is one of my favorite restaurants in the area! Need an amazing cocktail? Fresh, flavorful, and delicious seafood? Even their fries are bangin. The hospitality is also off the charts amazing. You’ve got to go check them out if you haven’t

We were a first time here and we loved this food. If you like a sea food just go to this place and try!

Visiting the area -👀saw City Center while driving around. Decided to walk around the center. Nice area. Happened upon Mr. Boil. First visit was a charm!! Awesome open atmosphere. Stopped in during happy hour - it was a hit!! - no watered down drinks. Sex on the beach and Mai Tai made to perfection. Seafood boil was one of the best I’ve had. Seasoned very well, very flavorful, king crab(add on) and snow crab clusters were really good sizes. Green mussels were huge. Shrimp, sausage, corn & potatoes, all were well seasoned and portioned size was perfect. Pan was enough for 2 to eat from. I can’t speak highly enough about this location. It’s a must visit. Do not sleep on it. Try for yourself!!

Went back the next night for the Poke Bowl- first time trying one and I’m hooked. I didn’t take a pic of poke bowl but the pics on the menu are EXACTLY as depicted.

This is the place to go in the Hampton/Newport area for delicious seafood. Also heard a 2nd restaurant opened in Richmond VA called Poseidon Boil. A must try!!

The most flavorful low-country boil ever! I am a total sissy about spicy food and they made me a super yummy, garlicky, lemony, BANG of taste without burning my face off. The shrimp were fresh and well cooked, and the corn, taters and sausage added a perfect counterpoint. It's a little pricey but we'll definitely be back for the boil!

My favorite sea boil spot in town. The shrimp is never over cooked. Very flavorful. The calamari is fried perfectly. And the drinks are delicious

Second time here and food was delis AGAIN I had the fried corn it was cooked to perfection not to hard or soft. Batter still in tact after each bite flavorful! I had shrimp and oysters everything was delicious seasoned just right it was a party in my mouth 💃🏾service was great as well. I work in the area so I will Def be back!

Your one stop date spot in City Center for lunch or dinner The service is good, the food is good’er (yeah not a actual word). Happy hour 1/2 price drinks. Any who. Check it out. Prime location in walking distance of a movie theater, dessert spots, shopping and more. Like and follow if my reviews are helpful. Enjoy!

The lunch special & happy hour is best but I love their crab boils as well. The Mr.Boil sauce is delicious & the service is always on point. I love coming here.

This is me and my wife's little get away spot. The first time we went was pretty amazing, but the 2nd time was even better, and we will be returning. I choose to get the Mr. Boil feast and everything about the food was great as expected, but what really caught our attention this time was how attentive, polite, and thoughtful our server was. She really went the extra mile to make sure me and my family were comfortable and enjoying ourselves. Kudos!

This place was amazing! They were very accommodating to our large party (12 guests). Coming from the beach, we were starving and excited to eat. Our server was Maggie and she did an excellent job. She basically hosted our table alone along with serving other tables. As busy as she was, she didn't fail to continue to check on our table and checking if we needed anything at any point during our dinner. I believe everything here was very reasonably priced for the amount of food we got. The drinks were also delicious!

Food was good, the only bad experience was the waiter was slow. The waiter with the "No Days Off" chain was getting it! My guy was not so great. But it was cool

The staff was very friendly and attentive. The food was absolutely delicious. The tropical citrus poke bowl and the combo seafood boil better than expected. I ordered 2 meals for just me so I spent more, but it was still affordable for the portions.

I have been here twice, and both of my experiences have been positive. The staff is amazing, the food is superb and the portions are fairly good.
