Quality Inn

Very nice owners, the hotel is called City center inn now. I currently stay there and enjoy my homely comfortable stay. The owners/management seem very caring and heart warming people. Very clean and safe rooms. Also had all you can drink free coffee plus an operating ice machine on site. The average American priced quality

Awesome 😎 The bed the room the staff. This was above Quality. I enjoyed it so much I extended my stay. No cons for me. I ordered breakfast locally & dinner. Thank You for the staff for putting up with me and accommodating my family. Much Love. 😁😘Please don't change bc of this. Keep your personality loving & understanding it will take this establishment to the next level.😘

We was there for a funeral a very rough time. I just wanna say it was a great experience. Nice, clean n quiet. Yes I would stay there again. Staff very nice what we needed they gave us. Only dislike NEED ELEVATOR other than that I loved my stay

Did not stay but great customer service experience!
Due to unforeseen circumstances, we had to cancel our reservation to this hotel a couple of hours after the cancellation window was over as per the hotels.com rules. I reached out directly to the hotel and spoke to Stephanie at the front desk. She was very polite and understanding of the situation and assured me to that she would not charge the card until her manager (another Stephanie) would confirm the same the next day. Rightfully so both of them helped us out with the situation.
Though we never stayed at this hotel, the customer service approach shows that they care for their customers. I will certainly stay there next time when we re-plan our family trip to Newport news!

I travel for work as well as work night shift. With that being said I got a great rate. It was exactly what I asked for. Friendly staff. I sleep during the day and they are respectful about that and let me switch out my towels at my convenience without any trouble at all. The beds are comfortable and it's a great location.

The front desk girl, September, was extremely helpful and made my stay very joyful. I recommend this hotel because it had great cleanliness, a good breakfast, and amazing staff. September was super nice and helpful. I will definitely be back. Enjoyed my stay and the price was very reasonable.

BUG FREE, Nice rooms and staff. Never too pricey! Only complaint is first floor water pressure is fine but second floor for some reason is barely there.

Recently remodeled, peaceful and quiet. Nothing but positive experience. Rate was VERY reasonable for July 4th weekend.

I was visiting a friend, the staff was friendly, the rooms were clean, and the location was easy to access from the interstate.

This place is awesome and they don't rob you but there is no breakfast

My stay at the Quality Inn in Newport News, VA went as smoothly as could be. I would recommend it to anyone needing to stay in the area.
