Plaza Azteca

We were just visiting the area. We found this place on Google and we just loved the food. The person who took our order was friendly and very nice. After we ordered, we didn't wait too long. The food had great taste!! We tried the "chimichanga de pollo" and "enchiladas" Delicious!!😋

I have to say the nice lady that took my order over the phone earlier she answered my question and my order was exactly how I wanted it and she was really nice even when I came to pick up my order , the food tasted great ! I’ll be coming back to this location just based off the staff , I have one in my city and I rather drive 30 minutes away just because of the staff ! Keep up the great work

I've been dining here since 2003 and it is still the best, quickest, and friendliest staff. I highly recommend the Seafood Chimichangas!

Went to the Grand Opening of the renovated Plaza Azteca on Warwick Boulevard and Glendale Road for dinner last night. Was pleasantly impressed with the awesome decor and the quality of my delicious dinner!! Highly Recommend now that it’s a new and classy place!!! I got fajitas for two.
And omg it was so much food!!!
The only thing i didn’t like was my sour cream was on top of my beans and made it super hot and liquified it.

The corn tortillas were amazing.
My server was at tentative and suggested the margarona.
It was absolutely delicious.
Chips and salsa was great, and the white sauce was the best white sauce I’ve had.

Now: Changed to a 5 stars. Everything is still excellent, and they have remodeled. We go at least once a week. Service and food is great each time.
Before: Only a 4 because the interior needs work. Otherwise excellent.

This is the best Mexican restaurant in the 757 as far as being the total package. Great everything! Amazing staff and restaurant.

First time here and it was amazing! My son will be attending CNU, so I'm sure we'll be back again plenty of times. Service was fast, food was awesome, and portions were huge! What more can you ask for?

Hands-down, the best Mexican food I've ever had! Huge portions, fresh ingredients, fantastic prices - my favorite in the entire Hampton Roads area! Margaritas are also amazing, add $1 off during happy hour!

The food was delicious. Got the Seafood Chimichanga and would definitely recommend to those in love with Shrimp + Crab! Service was nothing but a pleasure and the restaurant is quaint and lovely to look at.

The food and service are excellent and at a good price. The inside of the restaurant is clean and comfortable but nothing special. Food and service keep us coming back.

My family's favorite South American restaurant. The cook's are excellent 👌. The drinks are Very good with a nice kick! The manager and employees our great.
Some times the cnu college kids get loud but there all friendly and is to be expected during the school year.

Very good food and service. Love the salsa. We've been here a couple of times now. Huge menu. I suggest enchiladas...my husband had chimichanga....Definitely will be back.

This place is the BEST! They never disappoint but whoever was in the kitchen tonight was really on it! We ordered online for a family of 5, so not a small order. It was done so fast. This is for the restaurant near CNU.

I love the San Jose burrito. It's is a lot of food so you may want to take it easy on the chips and salsa. They also have specials every day and they will not disappoint.
