Family First Dental - Deschutes

This was my husband's and my first visit there and we were both so impressed with all the staff, from the receptionists, x-ray techs, hygienists, billing staff, and Dr. Stout. Everyone was both friendly, kind, and professional. Dr. Stout took time to discuss possible issues with me and never rushed or made me feel like I taking up too much of his time. We would highly recommend them and will be back when we return from Belize. Thank you all for the warm welcome and kind treatment!

The best in the tri-cities. Everyone is very professional and friendly. My hygienist is excellent in what she does and she really goes above and beyond and makes you feel very comfortable. I love seeing her every time I come in for my cleaning. Dr. Stout is very good too. I just love this place and wouldn’t go anywhere else ❤

The staff was super friendly and informative. Dr Stout was wonderful and overall thorough. I felt comfortable and would definitely recommend them to anyone wanting a change from fast food type Dentist offices.

Every single member of staff was an ABSOLUTE delight! So glad we found a great new dentist office! Such a comfortable and fun environment even for children! They go above and beyond to make your kids comfortable and best of all entertained! If I ever move out of Tri cities looks like I’m gonna have a long commute or buy a plane ticket just to get my teeth cleaned every year because there is no way I’m finding a better or more friendly place! Haha! They give really good explanations and really make sure you understand what is going on with your teeth/gum/ mouth! I Love actually understanding why and what happens to my teeth! You don’t get that from many other dentist!

I'm always quite happy with my service. The team is great, my hygienist does an amazing job, and the dentist did great when l had less pleasant dental work that needed seeing to.

Staff was top notch in customer service. Terrific first intro to Family First Dental. Only challenge was the computer to check in all the information was not easy to use.

Always had the “scaries” when it comes to the dentist, but I really adore all the staff, from reception to hygienist and Dr. Stout here. They make everything easier and the atmosphere is fantastic.

Family first takes great care of me. I used to have very high anxiety going to the dentist. After my first two appointments, I was completely at ease, and went thru some major work comfortably.

First time to be seen by Dr Stout. He was recommended through my family. They are very friendly, helpful and great attitudes. I enjoyed speaking with Dr Stout. I would highly recommend them.

Doctor Stout has a great staff of professionals. I went in for my regular cleaning today and Kelli, the hygienist did an amazing job. It was a great experience. She has worked with me for several years and always does a thorough evaluation and cleaning. My dental health has improved steadily with each visit. I also worked with Lisa today to complete my payment through my HSA. Over the years the staff has advised me on the best dental insurance plans and they have saved me a lot of money for me and my family.

Pain free and really enjoyable! They have massage chairs, TV on the ceiling with headphones and the water is warmed so no more cold sensitivity during cleanings and treatment! Kayla my hygienist was such a delight and so gentle! The assistants (Nelly Jackie and Mayra) are simply amazing, the front office (Debbie and Monica) are so kind and caring. Dr. Stout is so gentle and kind like a sweet baby angel. I just can’t say enough good things about this office! I found my dental family forever!

The best dental experience I’ve had in years. Jessica The hygienist was exceptional. She was Very through and explained all of the procedures. Gentle and efficient. She helped ease all of my dental anxiety. Dr Stouts office is great all around.
