Was referred to ortho,Dr K last year. After different trials we decided on surgery for my right carpel tunnel release. To say it was the best decision of my life is an understatement. I had a smooth surgery and recovery in October 2023. I am so pleased with the results. Dr. K and his team were all wonderful from start to finish. Highly recommend!

Not very many words to say, other than "Impressed"!! My child was unfortunately injured during a school sporting activity. The team trainer referred us to Riverside O&SMSNN. We were able to get an early morning appt. ... .the very next day! My son was seen by Dr. Barley. Amazing doctor with great "bedside manner". Which is rare these days! With the combined level of care my son received from the team trainer (who is under the medical direction of Riverside O&SMSNN) and Dr. Barley in office, and very thankful and greatful!!!!!!!!!! Great coordination of care!!!

Dr. Kling was courteous, knowledgeable and professional. Pleased to be a patient with this practice.

Ruptured my Achilles tendon 2/22/22. Initially went to Orthopedic and Spine Center and they were HORRIBLE!!! After three weeks I saw
Dr. Levy and he was phenomenal!!!!!! He repaired my rupture and Sara his Nurse Practitioner is just as amazing!!!!! She was so patient with me, calmed all my fears and really rooted for me in recovery and celebrated with me when I finally ditched my boot!!! 10/10 would definitely recommend!!!!!!!!!!

Dr Johnathan Levy is a invasive surgeon and I got a referral to him to reoperate on my left foot the first surgery was done on the exact date but in 2017 by a Dr Robin Vargo, 4 yes later I was having the same issue that she corrected back then.
I went to my appointment with Dr. Levy he looked at my foot said he could do it and we sat up the surgery for September 28 2021.
Today is almost 6 weeks post surgery and I could not be happier with my results foot is healed and straighter than before.
I highly recommend this doctor and would also like to commend Riverside Medical center for such a great addition to the hospital.

In Nov. 2018 , I was in a horrific car wreck that resulted in non-threatening injuries; yet, injuries that turned out quite a lengthy recovery .

Dr. Lantry has proven himself to be quite the " genius" when it comes to the ortho work he has done for me .. " Genius" is my nickname for him because he literally put my foot back on the grid and gradually I graduated from a wound vac , adjusted to extensive hardware in the foot and minimal pain . Of course, Im still non weight bearing yet another month but I'm not worried about the final result .

One day during a post op visit and debriding , he was meticulous , was not in a rush at all even though he had tens upon tens of patients that day. I literally felt like I was his 1st & last patient with none in between . He was that tenacious ..

All of my family and extended family & friends have been told of and recommended to Dr. Lantry for any bone issues.

Additionally, his surrounding staff and admin alike are OUTSTANDING and over the top respectful & patient . I definitely honor and " notice" how they diligently work to ensure his patients are looked after from entry into the lobby until the exit from the lobby .

I think the providers here are good. Good bedside manner. Staff is approachable but they could work on friendliness and empathy at the front desk.
This office is located on the 3rd floor. Plenty of parking around the building.

The surgeon I had, Dr Andersen, is amazing! His background is great, he is extremely knowledgeable and has great bedside manner. He answers any questions you have quickly and honestly! The office staff is not so good. I have had multiple issues with getting referrals for equipment (I broke my leg - needed wheelchair, referrals for PT, etc). Took 3 weeks of me calling to get a referral for in home PT and then contacting the insurance company and THEY had to call their office to tell them they need to get this done and escalate. I have had issues with authorizations and being given the wrong information - being told something was approved when it was never even sent to my insurance. One visit I'm told to finish a med and then the next visit I'm being asked why I'm still taking said med and that I should have stopped. Their notes are not sufficient because calling in to follow up, they can't find anything about what I am following up about! I feel like I have had to call every week since my injury on 7/23 to make sure paperwork was being filed, etc. I spoke to the clinical manager/director twice and the first time, she tried to put the blame back on me and the second time, she just very flatly said she would handle it (Even though it wasnt handled the first time I called her!) This is the 2nd ortho I've had to use in this area (I didn't have a choice as I was taken by ambulance) and I will never willingly go to them for any of my future ortho needs. Go see Hampton Roads Ortho - they are amazing!!! Even their office staff!
