Fire and Ice Recovery Center

This was my first visit and it did not disappoint. I really liked the cleanliness and coziness of the lobby. It was a comfortable wait. I had a chance to look around at the facility and toured the red light bed, cryo machine and even got a glimpse of the recovery room. It was VERY IMPRESSIVE. They offer single visit or packages that reduce the cost per visit.

Overall, this has all the makings of a top-notch recovery center and I am excited to continue using their services and would recommend this to every adult who has an active lifestyle AND every high school athlete to incorporate at least 2 visits a month this into a regime.

This is my new favorite place. It's so clean, smells great, the prices are competitive and the staff are wonderful.

The sauna units are spacious, modern and get hot enough for the true therapeutic benefits.

Look up the benefits of sauna therapy and red light therapy and then try give it a try.

Every time I have been in I am greeted with upbeat, kind, and knowledgeable staff. After an active week professionally and athletically this is the only place I need to go to get the recovery that my body and mind need. Absolutely worth the drive to Newport News from Chesapeake!

My husband & I just had our first cryotherapy session followed by the infrared sauna. It was wonderful. The customer service was outstanding & we are looking forward to our next visit & taking advantage of the other treatments.

The infrared sauna was amazing. I love that they have a spot to hook your phone in and relax. My husband did the cryo chamber, and the lady who checked us in made sure that he was doing well the entire time. Staff here is super friendly, and I would definitely like to keep coming back.

Decided to check this place out for a little self care... Was not disappointed! Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Great way to recover from running or working out. 10/10 would recommend.

I was so excited to find this place online! I tried the cryotherapy today for the first time and it was amazing! I may have regretted it about a minute in, but when the 3 minutes ended, I was so happy I did it and felt AMAZING! I can't wait to try out their red light therapy and use the infrared sauna. The building manager was the one there when I showed up and she was extremely friendly, informative, and answered my millions of questions. Definitely recommend!

The infared sauna was even better than expected. Helped with muscle soreness and was relaxing. Facility was very clean and staff was helpful. I highly recommend try it.

I am training for a 1/2 marathon and decided to try cryotherapy to help with recovery and have done 2 session so far and it really makes my body feel great. The staff has also been wonderful and helpful. I look forward to trying other therapy’s they offer.

Fire and Ice recovery has been awesome for my son. He has had a couple of ankle injuries from basketball and the cryo sessions have been tremendous in helping his recovery. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and friendly! Highly recommend them if you are looking for a recovery solution!

Love this place! If you’ve never tried Infrared or Cyrotherapy-you’re missing out on a great total body experience, especially if you’re an athlete. Best place to go. Oh they also have a strength and conditioning gym (Jungle Gym) as well.

Tori is always so kind and accommodating! The sauna is very clean, always plenty of towels and the essential oils add the perfect touch!

I came in to try the cryotherapy for the first time. I had an amazing experience overall. Everything was explained in great detail. I had a lot of questions regarding all the services and everything was answered. I highly recommend them and I will be back for more services!

Absolutely love Fire and Ice Recovery and Regeneration Center! The services are amazing! My favorite is cryotherapy and Normatec! It makes recovery that much better from intense workouts! The staff at Fire and Ice are extremely knowledgeable and eager to make your fitness and recovery goals better!
