Picture Perfect Lawn Maintenance

Absolutely floored with results. After my most recent mowing, about 3 weeks after seeding/water, my yard looks FANTASTIC. I can't believe how well it turned out just after my first year.

I would recommend them to anyone, and wish the whole neighborhood would take them up. Had a tree removed in front yard and can barely tell it was there now. Back yard, was completely barren of grass, as the tree that was before it, killed it off...which is now gone, and it too, shall now flourish!

PPLM has been an amazing service, customer service is phenomenal and the time they took to make sure I knew what I was doing, was great. They take pride in their work and it shows. They ensured success as they see it as part of their project too. Will continue to use the service from here on out.

I’ve been with Picture Perfect Lawn Maintenance for about five years now and I am still satisfied. Right now, 3/8/2024, my yard and my neighbors yard is still summer green and lush. All of my other neighbors yards have turned a straw yellow color. .

After using VA Green for several years, I continued to loose my yard every year around June and July with full irrigation! Every time I contacted VA Green, all I ever got was an note on the bill on the door when they applied a scheduled application, saying I need to upgrade to the more expensive plan!! Never had anyone explain why. I saw a yard in our neighborhood with the PPLM sign out front that was beautiful! I contacted them to come out. They were so helpful. Finally someone explained the many issues I needed to correct. They even gave me the options to do some of it myself if I wanted to and they would let me know where to get the product! I knew these were the guys I wanted to try. After just the the first year my yard is one of the nicest in our neighborhood. Very first time it made it all year as beautiful as it was in the spring!

After many years of doing my own year-round lawn feeding and maintenance, I decided it was time to find a company who cared as much as I did. PPLM came out with their advanced tools and equipment to aerate, seed, and fertilize this week, and I was amazed as I watched their team of 3 guys take care of business. They are thorough, efficient, and attentive to detail ... Brandyn also spent considerable time with me prior to signing up for service explaining the ins and outs of lawn maintenance. This alone set PPLM apart in my book. It's clear that these folks are pros and love what they do.

We have used PPLM for 3 years now and couldn’t be more pleased with their service and work ethic. We are always notified in advance of a upcoming maintenance visit. If we are home, one of the team members will ring the bell to inform us if any precautions need to be taken depending on the scheduled service, such as keeping any animals inside for a few hours until the treatment dries and is no longer harmful. Our lawn has never looked better since we began using their lawn maintenance services. We no longer have weeds, grubs, tunnels…just beautiful healthy grass. This is a well run business and can always be depended upon to provide the services our lawn needs.

PPLM is an amazing company. When I called them for a consult on my lawn I had been using a company and still did not have a lawn that made me smile. From the very beginning I felt as tho my lawn mattered to them. I expected it to take a couple of seasons to see a difference, but within 6 months I had a beautiful lawn. Their fertilization treatments got my lawn green and full quickly. They have addressed several problems that I have had and are very knowledgeable in all aspects of lawn care. First of all, I have a passion for beautiful lawns. I have acquired the services of a number of lawn maintenance companies over the years and PPLM has been the best by far. PPLM has maintained my lawn for three years now. The staff is professional, knowledgeable and great communicators; they always inform me of any issues, when they will be on site and what is next! The technicians are well educated regarding the aspects, the nutrients and appropriate applications for a healthy lawn - no guess work, they soil test each year. PPLM is serious about quality service, no doubt.

Great company to work with. Been using them for 3 years and took our muddy backyard to a lush lawn. Had some brown patches appearing. Sent them pics and got back to us that day with service suggestions. Areas are almost gone!

We've used Picture Perfect for three years running and they are always responsive, courteous, and really know how to maximize our yard's potential. When we first moved into our current home, our yard/soil was in rough shape because of the poor soil quality (mostly clay) under our new construction. It's been a process, but finally we have a thick green yard that is resistant to weed invasion. I highly recommend their team.

We switched from another lawn service about 3 years ago. Our lawn has never looked better! PPLM has a personal touch and great attention to detail. Everyone I have ever spoken with at PPLM about my lawn is incredibly knowledgeable and takes the time to answer questions and explain why they recommend specific treatments. We have used several different lawn companies in the area over the last 20 years, and I recommend PPLM over them all!

We love Picture Perfect Lawn Maintenance! We got estimates from several companies before choosing PPLM. They were much more personal and friendly and we liked the fact they are family owned. They took time to explain in detail everything they proposed. They always give us a breakdown of the work they perform and if we have questions they take time to explain. They also have wonderful videos online that explain lawn care in even more detail.The best part is that we have the best yard in our cul-de-sac! We recommend them to everyone!

Once on their schedule they're like clock work, takes a few weeks to get started once you've signed up. Pricing is on par or below their competitors which is always a plus.

Only issue I've had is sometimes they are difficult to get a hold of, which is why I gave 4 stars instead of 5.

I'll be sure to update my review next spring to reflect how they've done restoring our yard once they've had a full year to work on it.

UPDATE...
It's been a year since they've worked on our yard. The yard has greatly improved! They went above and beyond to address our concerns and we couldn't be happier with their customer service. They truly care about their customers and the work they do. Can't wait to see what our yard looks like in another year. As long as we live in their service area, we'll continue to use PPLM.

I went with PPLM after having new sod just turn to trash from another lawn company. I made the switch last August and the improvements happened almost immediately. I couldn’t believe the results. They said give them a year and it would be right. After 7 months I can’t help but believe them. A few of my neighbors have since signed with them as well. I am extremely pleased and me and my wife both can’t wait to continue to so the progress.

I am amazed. This company always answers the phone, answers all questions will simple terms that make sense to everyone and if they are unsure about an issue Brandon will come out and take a look. I have never known much about how to take care of my lawn and this is my first home with an irrigation system. They are teaching me so much about what to look for and how to monitor what my lawn needs. They take care of all of the chemicals and grub control. I have not seen a single weed or the dreaded nutsedge invasion since signing up with PPLM. Picture Perfect Lawn Maintenance has taken such great care of our property. Our lawn was full of weeds and was all yellow and patchy when they began working with us. PPLM has fertilized, aerated and cut our lawn and now it is beautiful, green and lush! We couldn't have taken such great care of it ourselves.
