Awesome walk on 13 April. The trail is a steady incline up or down. Tons of blood root flowers, and saw lots of others includong trout lillies. We were to early for the trilium and lady slippers. The AT runs across this ridge as well. Our reception was weak so download your map in advance. This is a fee area, we had poor reception and it took a while to pay on-line.

Gentle hiking, well cleared trail. Fee usage area, plan before you visit. Note it is prohibited to remove the flowers, they can take seven years to bloom. Come in mid April if you are flower searching

Diligently mowed. Park is a fee area. Hilltop location. Parking has enough room for an RV.

This trail is incredible! Easy to add on, but the main loop is 1.2 miles and was easy to follow having looked at the posted map beforehand (trails are well marked). Traveling clockwise, the grade downhill is gentle and then coming back up it's a little steeper with some more rocky terrain, but overall the hike is easy.

The sheer volume of trilliums is outstanding, but with the number of other native plants, it's just incredible. I wanted to do a second loop right away because it was so much to take it. One note: poison ivy is also native and as a result, there's a lot of it! If you're walking only the main trail you'll be fine, but if you have a dog or go off the trail, be forewarned.

Great access to the Trilium Trail. Can hold about 10-12 cars if people are careful so good amount of space but will fill up so worth getting there early. Information board had good info and maps.

If you're interested in seeing a few hundred thousand trillium this is the place. Avoid weekend viewings as it will b very crowded especially around Mother's Day. Bring your camera! Also the main trillium is great for cross country skiing especially if you are into hill reps. 8 inches minimum to ski

This easy to find trail is the perfect place to get away for a bit. A slight skipping task provides a lush setting to just breathe and enjoy nature.

This trail is pretty easy to maneuver and it's so quiet that you are able to take in all the scenery.

This parking lot can park quite some cars. After you enter the trail thru the gate and walk 0.1 mile, you will see a sign directing you to AT and/or Trico Tower Trail.

The trails around this area are all very wooded without scenes. Some sections rocky but moderate difficulty. AT is well maintained while some sections of the Trico Tower Trail are overgrown.

We only walked 3.18 miles this morning (08/26/2022). We came across with some AT backpackers, among whom is a 70-yo AT-thru-hiker, Mr. Coach. I forgot to bring some energy bars and water this morning to hand out to backpackers as I used to do when hiking on AT. So I gave the only small bottle of orange juice to Mr. Coach and he “killed” it immediately so that I could get rid of the empty bottle for him.

Salute to these AT heroes again!👍
