This store has so much work wear. We found raingear, carhartt sweaters, lots of pveralls, Dickies coveralls, Bogs boots. They have a huge selection & so many sizes. Great warm weather gear. Snowbibs, kids hats & mittens.

The employees were so helpful and accommodating. I can’t believe I’ve never been to this store, but they’ve got such an amazing selection and great prices. I know where I’m going from now on. Love this place! Check them out for sure! You will not be disappointed!

Wow. The service here is unsurpassed. Elaine got us the right boots on try #1. I gave her a LIST of musts for the perfect paid and in under a minute she walked me right to them. We ordered and got them in within one week!

Meanwhile Elaine entertained my 4 yr old's request for red shoes as if he was the deciding party. Had him try them on, got his opinion and everything. Highlight of his day, and mine. She had a million things to do and still took that time with him.

I will definitely be back because of the friendliness and kindness of the staff. The prices were good, which is nice, but buying local and having that kind of treatment is what I'm after! Highly recommend this shop.

Prices are very competitive, the customer service you will receive is great. They provide a service that doesn't exist much any more and that is the attention they give when you are looking for clothing. They are knowledgeable, helpful carry hard to find sizes and most important. They are a long time local business. Support them not national chain box stores. Best place in town for work boots and gear gloves too! My mom has been shopping here for my dad's clothes for over 40 years.

I'm always greeted with a smile, and they have a large selection of boots, snow boots, work gear and other apparel.

Great place for the hard working craft person. Best construction clothing prices in the Tri-cities. I did my research. I also try to support our local community. If you like paying more for your clothes then that's up to you. But I earn my money and don't like too. Plus they will order you clothes if they don't have your size in stock. I definitely would recommend them. Give them a try and support your own community. Plus save your money in the process. Enjoy.

Ditto. Good-Great staff & selection. It's my first stop for baby gifts or kids' summer sandles. My 16yo son wears a tall men's shirt, and they have a great selection. I can understand some feeling "hovered" by staff, but I don't mind. At least I don't have to hike all over when I need help or I'm ready to check out. They don't just stand there, but find something to do themselves (stock, clean, tidy up, etc).

A wonderful long time local shop. The staff is always very friendly, helpful, and informative. I always leave a satisfied customer. To my knowledge, Basin department store has the largest selection of Carhartt products in the Tri City area. It's great to see a mom and pop shop still doing so well.

Fantastic place to shop at. I always go by the saying "buy local" if you can. These folks make it very easy to do that. My family has been buying here since I was a kid, and it is still the same nice staff. I highly recommend this place.

Kind of like a smaller Ranch & Home. Work gear of all kinds (hi vis apparel, work boots, bibs, coveralls, hats, belts, vests, jackets, coats, gloves, socks, scrubs, shoes ect) store is neatly organized and has very friendly/ helpful staff. Huge assortment of carhart beanies in lots of color options ( my daughter has a collection and has found hard to find colors at this store), as well as jackets and vests and coats. Good brands of safety shoes/boots and even causal shoes. Yes ladies options too! Comparable prices w other similar stores. Have yet to go there and experience the store crowed or long lines to check out which is a huge plus, since similar stores in the area tend to be very busy especially on the weekends.

I love this place. No lines. Personalized service from store aides. They are very knowledge. No sales ads. Word of mouth.
Has lots clothes kids women men. Shoes boots sandals etc. Job required clothing. Hats gloves socks etc. Try it out!.

A very nice lady helped me find the right size Carhartt jacket. Basin's prices are the same or better than anywhere I found online!! Huge selection of Carhartt and great customer service, plus I can spend my money locally.

Great place to find larger sizes in men and women's work and western wear. They also have a great selection of boots, outerwear, and safety outerwear. Staff is very helpful and friendly too.

Your Young Ladies working at Basin Department store , Are very polite and amongst the most helpful sales people I've encountered in the Tri- citie , they are truly a Asset to your place of business, and a pleasure to deal with. I absolutely love the basin it is one of The best shops to go to. Being a fashion guru I'm still able to find good key pieces for any season that will always be functional,stylish and hip.

I have lived in Tri-Cities all my life and Basin has been around as long as I can remember. This place sells name brand stuff at great prices. They always have a size that's hard to find. Love you guys.

Some nice selections they have, shoes, boots, shirts, jackets and some other work apparel. Staff is nice as well, had help when asked for it, was left alone when didn't.

Went in to check out boots ultimately purchased sunglasses. Friendly staff very attentive without being intrusive.
