Seamless Relocation Experience!

I recently had the pleasure of working with Armando Santana from Santana Group during my relocation process, and I cannot speak highly enough of his exceptional service and expertise.

Relocating to a new area can be overwhelming, but Armando made the entire process incredibly smooth and stress-free. He took the time to understand my specific relocation needs and preferences, providing invaluable guidance and support every step of the way.

Armando possesses a deep knowledge of the local area, including neighborhoods, schools, and amenities, which was invaluable in helping me find the perfect location for my new home. He was always available to answer any questions I had and went above and beyond to ensure that I felt comfortable and informed throughout the entire process.

I usually never leave any sort of review good or bad BUT this experience is for certain deserving of an EXCELLENT review for both Teresa and Carolina. I have used this realtor company several times prior also with superior quality and reliability but again this has been the most frustrating difficult challenging experience for everyone as I was in a rapidly heated and changing situations during the divorce process of the sale of the marital property.
Both Teresa and Carolina are fantastic and did literally anything and everything possible to smoothly resolve issues and took matters almost personally to complete this malignant process and THEY GOT IT DONE and without delays or any other legal battles.
Even the closing title company they use (Leslie R.) is phenomenal.

Armando came on our path like an angel. We randomly requested to visit a house for sale when we were just trying to see what the market had to offer. From now he had became our realtor. He has an extended knowledge of the neighborhood we wanted and found our dream home. He invited us to check a house that at first we didn’t plan to check on. After taking his suggestion we fell madly in love with this house, and we are really grateful for him being looking out for us. Armando went on visits with us always made it work for the same day in the end of the day that was our only time available. He communicated with us amazingly and had to calm us down many times… answered our calls and texts even when we couldn’t sleep anymore in the middle of the process we were ready to give up and he insisted that this house would be our forever home and our family would be really happy. He worked hard on the negotiation for us he was present on all the journey of visiting, appraisal and paperwork and helped us to get THE BEST team of professionals and resources (including Armando himself) that we needed for a house purchase that the process requests.
We truly recommend Armando and the Santana Group for your house purchase and we know that he will make your dreams come true.
Today marks a month we are living on our dream home and if wasn’t for Armando I can definitely tell that this house would not be hours and we would regret missing the timeline to purchase it knowing that we would not be able to find a better deal than that.

With the help of their compass loan program interest free, we call our contractor and updated the kitchen, sold our home for a fabulous price and closed on time.
