Candice was a good waitress got us everything we needed the food was delicious.

The Applebee’s food in Granite city is delicious especially the salmon. it is quality and priced very well. I have been to other places to buy the same exact meal, and it was overpriced. The staff is very nice friendly, and the food comes out like made to order. whoever is in the kitchen cooking give them a raise. They deserve it and the rest of the staff. Also they are very friendly.

The hostess seemed uninterested in helping me. But once the waitress got to me she provided a good customer service experience. The food was delicious and I ate it before taking a pic I forgot sorry lol.

The atmosphere of this place felt so amazing just because I had great server by Carley H. She made the food exactly how I wanted it in excellent time, and I didn’t even have to ask for silverware!!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The bartender made my friend's birthday so special we sat at the bar and he entertained and made good drinks and played our fav songs the manager took time to explain the drinks they are VERY SWEET GO HERE TIP THEM enjoy your self

Did Delivery really well, ordered, 40 minutes later delivered , order was correct, food was hot & delicious , and driver was polite.

Way better than the Applebee's in Glen carbon. Always good service and good food. 🙌🏻

Today was my son birthday, and I was having a bad day, due to the disaster that happened on my job. But Mrs. Amy encouraged me and made me smile. Thanks Applebee's for great service and Great managers with a good heart ❤

My waitress was so nice food was delicious good place to visit

We went around early afternoon. We don't like sitting in a crowd still. So we were able to have some space away from others. The food was very hot, we ordered the chicken and shrimp scampi skillet, and the bourbon street chicken skillet. People were asking what we were eating because it smelled so good and they could hear it sizzling. The wait wasn't long and they only had 1 waitress in our area. We were impressed 👏 👌 👍 well done Apple B's.

We were seated quickly, the server was attentive, and the food was delicious!

We had the classic combo appetizer platter and wonton tacos (recommended by our server - Jimmie).
We enjoyed the variety of items (artichoke spinach dip, mozzarella cheese sticks, quesadilles, and BBQ wingettes) on the platter. The wonton tacos were tasty also and a good choice! Our server, Jimmie, was exceptional attentive!!! We commented to him that more restaurants need servers like him!!!! He was friendly to all and kept the restaurant lively during our entire visit!!!

The order sat for over an hour before delivered. Said they had a mix up. It was nasty and very greasy and cold. This is the 4th time in a few months I've ordered from them the quality and service gets 2 stars that's it will not try again

We had the Bourbon Street Chicken and it was amazing. Our server Jimmy was outstanding.

My granddaughter hand me have been getting Applebee's steak and shrimp dinners for a long time. We have never had our steak or shrimp made other than the way that we ordered it. Applebee's has very good food, every time we order, and we have NEVER got a bad meal! We always get take out orders, and the people that bring us our food are always cheerful and friendly.

Service was excellent, food was delicious.

Server was very attentive despite becoming really busy. Restaurant was clean. Ordered the all you can eat shrimp for 12.99. Food was good. However when you ask for the next plate, you only get 6 shrimp at a time. That is a little ridiculous.

Ashley at the Granite City location was awesome! We had a large group and she did not miss a beat. I've never had service so good!!! 04/24/22
