Hathaway Park

The water was high, always a great place to go in the summer time to float and have a picnic, and play ball!

This is a wonderful park for kids of any age. My 1year old and 13 year old love this park. It the same wonderful park I enjoyed as a kid. The baby swings are made of the thick hard plastic and are really good swings.

Hathaway Park is one of my family's favorite parks, it has a little something for everyone no matter the season, or the age. I'll describe just a little, what everyone in my family appreciates about Hathaway Park. Number one the play grounds, swing sets in the sun as well as swing sets in the shade, plenty of climbing, and jumping options, though climbing the rocks are just as much fun as climbing the monkey bars, there is a baseball field, and the beautiful washougal River flowing along the lower part of the park. And the middle of Hathaway Park has a pickleball court and a small basketball court.

Super family oriented all ages

Best park on washugal for kiddos anyways. Most locals don't even know about this place it's kinda shallow in some areas but there's always parking and enough room on the beach there

Beautiful family park. Great place for large bbqs and a clean shallow river foe the kids dogs and crawdads to catch in the river. I used rmto swim in this river when I was a ternager

3 great parks right by each other and than the river is right there

There are two parts to this park, upper and lower. The upper one features a large playground. Our family played endlessly here. The lower has a smaller playground with a smooth turning merry-go-round. It’s well shaded in the morning. Right across the parking lot is Washougal river. We played on the ramp and the shore catching little fish, crawfish, and more. There is a lot to do here.

Nice clean park.there's actually 3 different parts to it 1 is down by the river gorgeous. Also has a public swimming area.

It has changed over the yesrs since i have been here. Very peaceful!!

Plastic slides. Wheelchair/stroller access to play area. Restrooms nearby.

Just stopped down by the river to smoke. My friend and I caught a bunch of crawdads this summer here.

this is a lovely park. we used to come and swim in the river here when the kids were younger

I think this is a great little spot, so I'd appreciate it if people would not go because it might get crowded quick, There is baseball fields off to the side and a playground with the fun kind of playground equipment that some parents might feel like their kids might not survive. Also there are the charcoal grills to bbq and of course the river. I am sure people fish along this stretch of the river as well. Kids had fun swiming and didn't have any issues in the water.

Nice park with multiple levels. Plenty of parking and shade. Kid and dog friendly. Waterfront and swimming available. Facilities and a playground. Not for hiking or site seeing. This is a large, family oriented park outside of a school zone.

EXCELLENT pickleball courts

Very nice park and beautiful river. You can sit in your car where there are many spots to park and enjoy watching the river rush by
