The manager of the Northlake Blvd Tire Kingdom is such a nice guy and delivers great customer service! From the second I parked my car, he was ready to help me. He gave me clear updates on my vehicle, which was very helpful to know. It got busy and their computers were down, but all employees maintained professionalism and let their customers know what they were dealing with. They've got a great team of individuals working at this location. Would definitely recommend 10/10! Thank you!!

Had a great experience here today. First time using Tire Kingdom, to be honest I was very nervous using them, I typically don’t trust tire business. What a surprise, right from the beginning Ken was very welcoming. They took me in right away to check the wear on my brake pads, the service technician Josh was open and transparent with me. My pads were still good, they didn’t even try to upsell me on any products I didn’t need. Was talking to other customers there that were also very happy with their service. Great customer service, unheard of these days. Will be back for tires when needed. Ty

I ran over something on 95 south this morning and my tire was in bad shape. Everybody at tire kingdom was so helpful. It was super easy to schedule and appointment online before they opened and the wait was not bad at all. I highly recommend.

This Tire Kingdom/Mavis is truly the very best! I was there today and had the highest level of customer service! Ken and AJ are truly amazing and make things run smoothly ... they are totally professional, knowledgeable and nice. Rarely do you see this kind of customer service today! That's why we bring several cars here for maintenance and will continue to be loyal customers, and we highly recommend this Tire Kingdom/Mavis.

Alex is THE GUY. He took time to help me really get the look I wanted on my Jeep wrangler and actually cared about my needs. He gave me the most competitive price and excellent customer service. Alex and tire kingdom all the way.

The manager, David is great! I have used several of these stores and each experience has been at least, good. But there is one manager that I have dealt with at two stores, as he moved from one to the other in the past two years. David is a very professional manager and treated me well each time I brought my truck in for service. He was courteous, professional, and honest about the services offered each time. I will return in the future knowing I will be taken care of in such professional and timely manner.

just when I thought our trip couldn’t get worse between the rain, a flat and a 16 hr car ride I was close to leaving the car on the side of the road .Thankfully we found this location and were blessed enough to be helped in such a quick time frame. David the new store manager was so attentive and made the whole process supper painless. Thank you a million times for the time and effort you put into helping us get a new set of tires at an amazing cost .

I can't say enough how grateful we were to this store and its crew. We found ourselves on Northbound 95, returning home to Texas. There was an accident scene we had to go thru and we got a flat tire. Most of the time, I'd change the tire, but I wasn't too sure about my spare. They were open on a Sunday. They said they would do their best, especially since they had a lot of folks ahead of us, but unfortunately, a lug was stripped, and the tire wouldn't come off, so a couple of studs also had to be replaced. It took them till 5.45 to get us back on the road.

Thank you, guys, and we did make it home safe and sound.

I had to get tires on my car so I called and spoke with Ethan. He told me to come in and he would get my car done by the end of the day. When I got there, there was an issue with my wheel locks. Ethan went above and beyond to get the issue resolved and had my car finished and ready to go just in time for me to make it to work. He was very friendly and professional and is a huge asset to the company. I will refer all of my friends!! Thank Ethan!!

I had my car serviced at Tire Kingdom 2-3 days back and I was very pleased with the experience. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. They quickly diagnosed the problem and had my car fixed in no time. Prices were fairly reasonable and the quality of work was excellent. Would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy tire shop.

So us two old ladies after several psi air filling events on a tire, walked into this Tire King. We were so pleased with the business. We did not have an appointment but they fit us in with one new tire and we were out of there in an hour. They were extremely busy too. We thought the service and price were great. The Customer Sales Associate, David Diaz, was so pleasant, patient and very helpful!

On 2 . 2. 22 we were given excellent service by Chris and Ethan at Tire kingdom at 3615 North Lake.blv Palm beach Gardens . We were pressed for time and they got our tire changed in no time . Thanks guys !!
