David, young men taking the orders at the drive through at 21:17 hours was very nice, super friendly, charismatic and with a beautiful smile even tho it was raining ☔.

The drive through line looks long but it moves very fast. The employees are like Santa’s elf’s, fast.

Lovely chicken burger, wish they had a branch in the UK 🇬🇧, Lovely staff especially Samuel and David, very professional and polite.

The cashier who helped me this morning, Jason, was amazing. He really went above and beyond to make my experience at chick fil a amazing & make sure my order was correct. 10/10 service, I couldn’t be happier.

Also this is probably the best chicken biscuit I’ve ever eaten. The kitchen team has it down to a science for sure. & this Mocha iced coffee is f***in phenomenal.

It is a nice chick fill a drive thru is awesome and service is great their nice. The last time I went the line was long and raining. But they took their time and made it seem faster instead of like a negative attitude.

I got a salad for pickup it was delightful and perfectly seasoned the service wad top tier but the atmosphere not so much to see tho it was very clean modern place.

So the sandwich was good, the fries were some good and some soggy which i don't like but they tasted fine, especially with that Polynesian sauce, really good. The place wasn't that clean overall but they did have a lot of traffic of people and they were busy and no one was just standing around so i guess it's ok for a fast food joint.

The saving grace was that they actually charged extra fries in my order for whatever reason... I pointed it out to the manager and she fixed it immediately, didn't make me wait on line, and apologized, with a smile, perfect handling of the mistake, fine with me. When i got my order delivered to my table which was nice, the extra fries were in there anyways, i told her, and she said just have it, and i asked for ketchup and sauce and she brought it within 30 seconds.

Her service and positive attitude made the whole experience... If every eatery has a manager like this, we wouldn't have many problems.

I loved everything about this place...one of the best fast food locations I have ever seen. The person taking my order was a trainee. He screwed it up and when I told the manager that he put the dressing on the ticket but not the salad she comped it. Now that is first class seduce for a fast food restaurant. Definitely going back there again.

They're just awesome, I thanked Brandon for regulating the line to make sure Nala got her much needed chicken minis with yellow sauce and to get to The Learning Experience on time, I asked if they had a printed menu for her to bring for her assignment, they didn’t because they’re paperless of course. So what did he do ? he went above and beyond and gave me his personal laminated menu! What could you not love, Thank you guys !

It doesn't matter which Chick-fil-A you go to, the food is always excellent and the service absolutely world class. The staff is always setting the benchmark for excellent customer service.

I visit this restaurant almost every morning ordering a chicken biscuit and coffee to eat inside. Usually it is a different employee each time that takes my order each time. The chick filet robotic greeting annoys me a little.Will you be dining in or to go? What is your name? My pleasure? But this morning there was a employee ,Caroline, who managed to do this and still let her vibrant personality shine through. Not only did I leave feeling better about my day but I observed as she consistently did the same with others. The chicken might be great but this employee is fantastic. You had better find a way to keep this employee. She is a rarity in the fast food business.

I love it. This restaurant is amazing plus the customer service is unmatched 🙌 the drive true is always full, but don't worry they will take your order very fast, your food will be ready in a few minutes. I also order online for delivery tru their website is fast and very convenient for me ♥💋

Great service all around. I come here A LOT! consistent and if any issues, they right the wrong immediately. Best one around town ebven when SUPER busy, it’s fast. Use your APP!!!

Great food that is expected from Chick Fil A! I had an order with a bunch of customizations including the Kale Crunch side and an extra side of Greek Yogurt and a Gluten Free Bun and everything came out correct and delicious!

This restaurant was really kicking it. I liked going here and the atmosphere was off the chain. The people was nice, friendly, and the staff was very helpful. The food was hot 🔥 and really good. I love going here.

Every time I go to this particular Chick-fil-A, it is always a delight. The restaurant is always clean; the bathrooms are always clean; the staff are always friendly and smiling; the food is always hot and fresh. They go over and beyond to make sure you are satisfied. Moreover, if you’re not, they will make sure to take care of it. They will even sometimes comp your meal if they made it wrong.

The place is always busy no matter what time a day you go, but they keep the line moving like a well-oiled machine. I’ve gone so many times that most of the crew there knows my name (LOL don’t judge me, I like to eat). The managers and team leaders are always nice and make sure you are being helped.

The only issue with this location is that when it gets really busy, it can be a bit of a wait. However, there have been times when I have waited in the drive-thru for a while, only to get to the window and they tell me “your meal is on us!” They have always apologized for the wait time and not charged me for my food. Now that’s what you call excellent customer service!

BOTTOM LINE, This particular Chick-fil-A is never a disappointment. I definitely recommend it. 5 stars!
