Had the best experience with Jocelyn, she was very kind when helping and adressing questions.

Went there back in November and I was attended by Brenda I was already a T-Mobile customer and have always been a Samsung user but she recommended me to switch to iPhone and I loved it. She was very friendly knowledgeable and very professional T-Mobile needs more employees like her I absolutely loved her customer service next time you stop at that location hopefully you get Brenda at your T-Mobile expert to help you out

Amanda has such a great personality. She was kind, friendly and very knowledgeable about the phones, services, promotions etc. She also took her time to assist me with my phone and answered all of my questions.She gave Awesome customer service.

I have been to this store twice this week, once to purchase my phone and then to purchase my daughters. Both time the employees work super nice and helpful as well as very knowledgeable! I pass 2 other locations to come to this store because I know without a doubt it will be a great experience. Also they did not have the particular model and color I wanted so instead of trying to push something different or more expensive one of the gentleman actually drove to another location to get the phone I actually wanted. Great Customer Service!!

So I went to this store last week to simply ask for something and I end up leaving with six lines and new phones haha yep all because of the great treat, professionalism, and customer service that Stacy Duarte gave us, so if you ever go to this store just ask for Stacy Duarte and you will leave as happy as we did Thank You girl you the best👏🏽👏🏽

We came to this location to add some lines and update our phones. We had the pleasure of being waited on by Yesenia (sp). She was fairly new to the store but she was so helpful. Even when customer service over the telephone was not. We waited a little longer than we cared to but it was definitely worth the wait. We got everything we needed and even saved some money on our bill, due to her suggestions. The store has a fun atmosphere and everyone who walks in the door is welcomed, jovially. Great experience, after many many (many) not so great experiences over the phone with customer service. Thanks, Yesenia and team.

I came into the store not knowing what I was doing but I knew I needed a new phone and a plan that would work for my family. Julio stepped forward and right away understood my situation and knew how to help me. When I have questions he is always there to answer them. He is a wonderful employee and person!! Thank you Julio for your understanding and compassion!! You have helped make a difficult time in my life a little easier.

Came in today to purchase phones and store was a bit busy but they were quick to help me I was glad and on top the music and energy in the store was great.

Left the store with a smile on my face. The reps were very nice and helpful. I spoke to Sheila and I felt like she was helping me for my best interest. I left the store with a free iPhone 11 on them!!! Coming back to get my husband a phone.

I actually got great customer service this time around. Usually this particular store has a bunch of very young associates, That are only interested in one thing, and that's selling you as much product they can, and not interested at all in helping with device failures or problems, most generally they would literally ignore you as soon as they realized you wanted service, and not there to make a purchase.

Honestly the whole team was great and worked so well together and had such high energy! He managers Geno and Sheila really have a good thing going at this store and I would highly recommend going to see any of their staff for your needs!

We switched from one service to another.
We received new phones,my wife's had a serious issue,yet they had no problem getting her what she wanted. The customer service at this location is top notch!

We watched people come in with attitudes and still, the customer service was impeccable.

Awesome experience at this T-Mobile!! I just moved down from New York and switched over from Verizon wireless! I loved how Jt approached me with a smile and walked up to me while others sat behind the desk! Just overall had an awesome experience that I had to leave this review so we can see more people like this !

Julio was an AMAZING help! It's not very often you come across someone in retail who is so genuine and determined to solve a problem and leave the consumer feeling satisfied. Julio went above and beyond! I went into the store upset with my current situation and rather than let the situation escalate, Julio was fast acting at keeping me calm and bringing about a resolution I was more than happy with. He handled everything and took his time to break it down with me so that I understood the entire process. He deserves recognition!

Giancarlo was an amazing help after my horrible morning I’ve never been happier with a T-Mobile transaction I was planning on switching phone carriers until getting such great customer service from Giancarlo. He was attentive and a great help!

Joel was very helpful, I went in today for an iPhone 12 pro max case and I had called ahead he holds the case for me and the store is very nice neat and clean, and very friendly fast service. Go here people this store deserves more stars.

The most dedication I've seen from a store team. I needed a phone and the manager, Julio, traveled all the way to PGA just to pick up. I'm overly impressed and satisfied. Joel helped me out so much even after hours, truly amazed.

I am very thankful, for the best attention at the Tmobile store in Summit, specially Alex, she had a lot of patience with me, explaining how to use my new cell phone, I am an old fashion lady, but she make this way easy to use my smart phone.
Thank you again, I wish the other stores will be the same. Congratulations to the staff at Tmobile Summit store for such great service.
