Nothing but great things to say about my experience with the North Palm Beach Japanese Auto team. I had been driving around an hour to go to a mechanic and at the recommendation of a friend, I decided to give NPBJA a chance and honestly couldn’t be any happier about it. I had some issues with our Honda and Hyundai and they took care of them both at incredibly reasonable prices.

It’s a relief to have a mechanic so close now, especially one that is professional and respectful. Bonus points for the incredibly calm, Golden Doodle mascot, Oakley (I mean, how can you go wrong with a place that has that). If you are looking for the best mechanics in Palm Beach Gardens/NPB/Lake Park, you will be glad you came to North Palm Japanese Auto.

I had a Honda Fit that had the brakes lock up. Roadside assistance only gave a few options where to bring it. I was quoted $3400 to fix it. I got a referral to PB Japanese auto. They were professional and easy to talk to. They gave me other options. It cost a total of$588 with them. Car works great. Thank you !

I spent several days talking with local shops, trying to find a location that had specific experience with a Mazda Miata, a project car I have been working on with my son; NO local shops would even consider looking at it, as it was not stock, and had some internal engine issues; After reading the 5 star reviews for this shop, and talking with the owner, Mark, It was obvious I had found my new permanent repair facility for ALL my vehicles; Integrity is a TOP priority here; The fees were far better than I am used to paying elsewhere, and the shop stayed in constant communication with me throughout the project; They patiently stored my car while waiting on me to bring them special order parts I needed, and went above and beyond in getting my car running; Their vast experience with my particular car and engine was so refreshing. So grateful for NP Japanese Auto. They are 5 star for a very good reason! Thank you Mark!!

The guys here are the best and I don't plan on going anywhere else! They're honest and accommodating people and very trustworthy! My job makes it hard for me to find time to go to an auto shop during the week and these guys have always been able to fit me in in a pinch. I've only moved to the area recently and they already have a loyal customer in me!

I was looking for a good independent shop I could trust to bring my car to. I googled local mechanics and the reviews were great. I went today for a transmission service. I was impressed with Mark . Very fair on price and honest. I will bring my car here for all the future services and repairs. I highly recommend them .

Have to give this place the recognition it deserves. I have a huge mistrust with mechanic shops but I feel as if I’ve struck gold finding this place! Friendly service, honest guys, fair price, quick turn around. Could not ask for my 1994 Mazda Miata to be in better hands and if ever needed will 100 percent go back.

North Palm Japanese Auto is an excellent place to get your car fixed. Today I brought in the Honda Accord during their lunch break and they replaced the battery immediately. Mark was superb and so were the technicians.
Coming from London (United Kingdom), we could do with more Marks across the pond.He was very honest and professional. I'm very happy with the service I received from North Palm Japanese Auto, although the car battery company Die Hard were unresponsive to our calls over the weekend.

I feel extremely fortunate to have found this place. This place was recommended by a friend and it did not disappoint. Had an issue with a Honda AC. Originally took it to the dealer then brought it here for a second opinion. The dealer did diagnose the problem correctly but I was able to save almost half of what the dealer wanted to charge. Mark is very professional and up front about everything. Highly recommend this place!

I started coming here for service in 2009 when my 10+ year old honda civic died in WPB and I was struggling with the lowest paying position I'd had since college. Mark and his brother are AWESOME - they never try to upsell me on products or services and always let me know what's required vs "to be done" vs optional. I've seen them help out people FOR FREE to install replacement bulbs they picked up at AutoZone, and they are always friendly. They are reliable, honest, and dependable.

I now live in western PBC and _still_ drive to see these guys. Highly recommend.
