The best Dentist office and excellent customer service. I love it! I am a patient there for around 10 years. I love the therapy dog Alfie.

I am new patient. A family member is an existing patient. Always heard how great they are. The people at Lakeshore Dental very friendly and they have therapy dogs which are awesome to have. I was a little anxious, nervous and that made a huge difference. Awesome people. Place nice and clean.

The lady who spoke with me was very kind and accommodating (Chyanna). She listened very well to my concerns. The doctor was very nice too explaining my options. Not to left out all the receptionists who were very friendly. Thank you.

It was my first time in a long time going to the dentist. They are very caring and mindful of people’s comfort level! It was stress free. also the staff in all was great! Definitely recommend!

My wife and I have just moved to the area and just started going here. My wife doesn't need a lot of work, but I was in the middle of getting a few things done when we moved. The folks here are super nice and since I'm not one that likes to go to the dentist, they have made me feel very comfortable compared to any other dentist I have been to in the past. This is the first dentist that offered Nitrous oxide while working on my teeth. They offered earbuds and mp3 player to listen as well. They also made me a smoothie when I was done (another first at the dentist). BTW... It was as good as I get at Tropical Smoothie if not better. My wife has only gone for one cleaning and I have had a cleaning and 1 session of work (2 crowns and a filling), but we really like this place so far.

I haven’t been to the dentist for 15 years and was very nervous. Tammy and Dr. Michael Perna were complete professionals and put me at ease. I am going to go back for my follow ups and would highly recommend Lakeshore Dental. I hope I meet Alfie, their therapy dog at my subsequent visits :)

I have to say when I went for my appointment I was terrified. I have a phobia of dentist do to past experience. However, I was greeted pleasantly,and they understood my fears. They accommodated my nerves and allowed someone to be in the room with me. As soon as we got to the room Alfie (Therapy dog)in to relax anyone in need. The dental assistant was the best. Dr Pedra was so understanding and truly understood my fears. I am so glad That I found a dentist that goes beyond normal to help their patients.

My recent visit to Lakeshore Dental Care was truly outstanding, thanks to the exceptional team of Alexa at the front desk, Serena the hygienist, Chyanna, Dr. Perna, and Dr. Layton. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm welcome from Alexa, whose professionalism and efficiency set a positive tone for my visit.

Serena's expertise as a hygienist was evident throughout my cleaning, as she provided thorough and gentle care. Her attention to detail and friendly demeanor made me feel at ease during the entire appointment.

Chyanna's dedication to providing excellent customer service was exemplary. She was attentive to my needs, addressing any questions I had and ensuring that I felt comfortable and well-informed throughout my visit.

I had the best experience today on my first appointment with this office! Truly unlike any other dentist visit Ive ever had! Tammy the dental assitant was a sweetheart! The doctor was awsome and Zobida the coordinator was exceptional too! They have a therapy dog walking around, I even liked the music they had in the office! Just a positive and pleasant experience! I felt so comfortable and I truly beleive they have your best interest at heart.

Very good experience. The office seems to be in a nice and safe location. Plenty of safe parking spaces. The building is newer construction and the interior is very modern, clean, and well kept. The staff is very nice and helpful. I was able to fill out the new patient forms online, very convenient. They offer free Wi-Fi and the password is posted by the check in counter. My hygienist was very nice and she did an awesome job with my teeth cleaning. She wasn’t rushed and she got every spot. I met the dentist in the way out and he seems very professional, calm, and collected. This is the first dentist that ever had a window in the place where they work on you. I really enjoyed the sight, the ambiance, the energy, and the vibes. I hope it continues.

Always amazing, the staff is friendly. The facility is immaculately clean and they always go out of their way to offer me cancellation opportunities on the Day of the week that I am available. So glad I found this amazing dentist

Hands Down the BEST dentist I have ever been to in my entire life. I had to have major work done as I had to extract several teeth including my front tooth and replace them with a bridge. This was nearly a 1 yr process as gums needed time to heal, molds sent and returned from the lab, etc… Let me tell you, they treated me with so much care and love. The receptionist greeted me by first name basis every time I went in to the office. The assistants were so gentle and caring each and every time I went in for a visit. They were very communicative, letting me know everything they were doing every step of the way. Zo is awesome in handling accounting and scheduling working with my busy schedule and providing options that worked. Dr Layton is the greatest dentist of all time… I mean that wholeheartedly. Honest, empathetic, caring and patient throughout and the results this team delivered was amazing. He is an artist. 5 star service, dentistry and care. I will never go to another dentist and will tell everyone I know that if you want the best, go see Dr Layton and team at Lakeshore Dental in St Cloud Florida.

My first visit was very positive. The staff is helpful and gentle. After my initial appointment with x-rays and the dentist, they were able to squeeze me in for a much needed cleaning.

They offer so much more.
Alfie will be your best friend while you’re there. He always gave a smile and tail wagging. He loves his pats. Staff always professional and treats you like your family. Going to the dentist can be very stressful but not here. Love them all.

Lakeshore dental is a great office. The staff is amazing, and very friendly. My wife and 8 year old son go there as well and he is always happy when we leave. They have a beautiful dog to hangout with you while your having your procedure done which is a plus for the whole family. It is the best dentist office I have ever been to. We will be coming back for years.

We love Lakeshore Dental and Dr Layton and staff. They are wonderful with kids and very gentle!
