I have been coming to this shop for years when it was under the previous ownership, and I am pleased that they still have the same integrity and experience that I received previously. I thought my brakes were shot and after a brief look he determined it wasn't my brakes at all and that I still had plenty of pads left. After rotating and balancing my tires the car shudder was completely gone. A week later I got a hole in my tire and I brought her in after closing and they still plugged up my tire and had me on my way in minutes. These guys don't try to rack up your charges, or even do unnecessary fixes, they do what needs to be done, correctly, quickly, and inexpensively. I appreciate the honesty and great service.

Been using this repair shop for over 6 years and they've been great! Junior is top notch and always does an awesome job... I've had him do several major repairs, minor repairs, maintenance issues, and even done lifts on two different Jeeps, awesome shop!

Had a complete 100k mile service- rear axle, radiator, power steering and trans fluids flushed and changed along with a fuel injection cleaning. The service was fast and at a great price. Amazing! Took my car to three different shops and they weren't able to repair my AC system to work like it should. I heard about these guys and decided to give them a try. It only took them 1 day to figure out and repair it. Now my AC blows ice cubes through the vents! lol. I'm that happy!!

Economical Auto did work on two of my cars. Some of it, I could of done myself, but due to my job I didn't have the time. I've been reluctant for someone to do the work for me, due to past experiences. After my cars came out of maintenance, I did a visual inspection of the work, they went above and beyond what was required. It's nice to finally have someone I can I trust working on my vehicles.

Sasha M, I could see how you would get that from just calling in...however, the owner, and great guy that answers the phone has a medical condition that inhibits his speaking. You should know all the facts before saying something so harsh. He doesn't have an accent, he has an impediment.
Secondly, we have taken several vehicles to Jon and he has performed miracles....we had an ac that would work intermittently...other shops wanted to replace the compressor, I took it to him expecting to replace the compressor and he fixed it for $50. Another time my wife needed an alignment, he was 25% less expensive that his competitors and did a fantastic job. He's an honest guy that wont replace or fix things unless they need it. Would gladly send my wife or mother there. This is a 5 star place.

I have had two services by Economical Automotive - both were professionally performed at a cost substantially lower than what I would have paid through the local BMW dealership. The first job involved replacing the wheel bearings, hub and rear axle on by BMW 535i and I recently had the oil changed and air filter replaced. The owner, John Ault, is the rare example of a caring, honest person and I won't hesitate to continue patronizing his shop.

Just had major repairs done. Couldn't be happier! We did comparison shopping, so I know I SAVED several hundred dollars for same parts and labor. Work was completed BEFORE agreed upon time and no surprises on our bill.
John is thoroughly competent and a fun person to speak with. HIGHLY RECOMMEND him for any type of service needed.

I was visiting Florida for a cruise package. I drove 20+ hours from Kc missouri and by the time I arrived in West Palm my A/C no longer worked. The mechanics quickly found the cause of the problem and offered thier solution. They were quick to work with my budget and Junior even gave me a ride to the ATM so I didn't walk in the heat. We conversated and the work on my vehicle was done sooner than I was told it would be. I am now on my way with the Coldest A/C EVER! I highly recommend Economical Automotive.
