This is a family run auto repair shop in the heart of Dade City and I've never met a nicer group of people. Every single person I encountered, from owners to technicians, were incredibly kind and helpful. They fixed my minivan quicker and cheaper than they quoted me and the work looks better than new. 10 out of 10! Highly recommend!

The good reviews are warranted. Kevin was terrific. We got an oil change and needed squeaky brakes checked. Told them to do the brakes if they needed it.
Oil change done and "you got 50k left on those pads so I wouldn't feel right changing them unless that's what you want." Thank you for your honesty.

Painted my '82 Cherokee. Jim and the crew were amazing, and it came out great! The new staff at reliance are super helpful and knowledgeable. Its the only local spot I take my vehicles when it's not something I can handle at home.

I had trouble at another shop in zephyrhills getting my truck fixed. Reliance auto diagnosed and fixed it in a timely manner. Kept me in the loop on what was going on. I extremely professional. Would highly recommend then to anyone !!!

Took a company F150 in for a second opinion. Dealer said it needed tie rod ends. Reliance checked it out on the lift and all of the front end is fine. Thanks for being honest and helpful.

Everyone needs to come here, they got everything and all things related to mechanic work. Prices are so good and they do a fantastic job. Had struts and oil change done on my last car for very cheap, definitely bringing them more business! Love this shop

We have always gotten fair and friendly treatment at this shop! We are thankful for their help. They did a great job replacing the transmission about 5 years ago on my husband's van and it's still going strong!

We are very pleased with Reliance garage. We had motor mounts installed and a transmission flush. Our car feels like a New Car . Nice place to take your car. Friendly people and a clean place. I totally recommend them for anything.

These guys are great.
Both times that I've come in to purchase paint, they have been extremely patient, and very helpful. They have given me tips, and genuinely care to help, knowing that I'm new to painting.

So yesterday as we were leaving town my tow car blew a tire . I went online and found this shop they came right away to tow the car to the shop. When we get there they find out they do not have the size tire and it will have to be ordered. Well then one of the workers there said he had the right size and he gave us his spare tire. This place was so helpful and nice. If you need any kind of help call this place first if you are in this part of town. You will be happy you did

I give this place five stars because they deserve it. Great bunch of guys work there and do excellent work. After much toiling with the problem with my car and taking it to a dealership in New Port Richey and they thought they found the problem I took it here. They found the problem and fixed it for a very reasonable price. I plan to keep going here for repairs that I cannot do myself mostly due to time constraints. Thanks guys at Reliance Auto

My daughter is away at college and had car trouble. I jumped on my phone and searched for a local shop with good reviews and Reliance truly lived up to the hype! They had my daughter's car towed, sourced a hard to find part, and made a labor intensive repair all while not breaking the bank. I only wish I could've been there personally to thank them for taking care of my kid's car when I couldn't.

While I can only speak for the last 5 years, we have been taking our cars, and our daughter's cars to Reliance since we moved to Florida. Reliance was recommended by various acquaintances, police (local and state)officers, and even other dealerships. This is a well respected shop where the quality of the work is important to all. We've never had a problem with any repairs or service performed. The mechanics work until the job is done. They work 6 days a week. The work has always been timely and expertly done. I would recommend Reliance and the proof is I drive past many shops to get to their location without EVER thinking about going anywhere else.

They always do good work, helpful making decisions , they explain everything and their work is very good, I highly recommend their service ! Trust worthy !
