I had an excellent experience here. Ted went so far as to do research on the problem that I was experiencing (never a good sign when your car is flashing an exclamation mark on the screen). I am back on the road with no check engine or any other lights on my dash. I am very happy and am so glad to have someone knowledgeable that I can trust so close by.

I have been dealing with James and Ted as long as they have been open. always refer family and friends to them. Never had a bad experience,they have all the required equitment to diagnose problems fast and correctley. All done at reasonable cost and time. Thank you for many years of honest help.

James and Ted are great mechanics. You can go elsewhere and get nuts and bolts twisted, but they genuinely care about each and every customer. They seek to be problem solvers and not a grease monkey doing a turn and burn on every car. Good people, good mechanics with great attitude.

Very professional and trustworthy. They did not attempt to rack up my bill. In fact, James talked me out of doing work that didn't need immediate attention.

J.T's it wonderful. I took my son's jeep into them and they completely rebuilt it for me. Not only did they communicate with me throughout the entire process but were completely fair on price. I worked with Ted and will continue to bring our family cars to him. Great and 5 star for sure!!

TED IS A MECHANIC I TRUST! This is very important to me because in the past I have been told my car needs repairs that it really didn't need. Ted has been very fair and honest. In fact, he has gone above and beyond to help me with any car issues I have had. He even let me borrow his truck to go to work when I had to leave my car at the shop! James has been servicing my cars for 30 years. James is very honest and professional. With far prices. Wouldn't trust anyone else.

My car is 16 years old, and having only lived in WPB for a little over a year I was nervous about finding a reliable, trustworthy mechanic. First time I met JT he replaced my transmission hoses for a super reasonable price. Then recently I needed exhaust work, which he doesn't do but referred me to someone who can. Had my exhaust and muffler replaced for, again, a super reasonable price from the person he pointed me to. Extremely grateful for JT!

I traveled from out of state to purchase a truck from a nearby dealership and went to J.T.'s for a prepurchase inspection based on their high Google review scores and convenient location. Ted was very helpful, friendly, and thorough. He patiently walked me through the inspection while answering any questions that I had. I am very thankful for his help and advice regarding the vehicle. I will definitely go back to him again if I find myself in West Palm Beach in need of auto repair.

J.T.'s Auto Repair is the best on the planet! We highly recommend this excellent business for superior auto repair work, with the nicest and kindest of owners. I recently needed a mechanic and because of several GREAT reviews decided on J. T.'s Auto Repair. Ted Ring is very knowledgeable and explained to me in detail everything that needed to be repaired on my Honda Civic. My vehicle had to be towed to J. T.'s. and after meeting Ted, I was confident I had made the right decision. Ted even gave me a ride home. While no one likes having car trouble, finding a great mechanic that goes the extra mile is a rare find these days and with qualities of honesty and respectability, I believe you will walk away (or be driven) satisfied knowing that your car is in excellent and capable hands. Ted & James are honest mechanics, they don't recommend unneeded repairs and are always helpful. I have been going to them for years as has the rest of my family and have recommended them to several of my friends.

Fast, expert service! If you have a problem that they think they can fix quickly, they tell you to bring it right in! If Ted tells you it needs fixed, it does. He won't take advantage of you and that is a huge plus!

Owners are honest, work is TOP quality, prices are reasonable and guaranteed. The best I have ever had. I recommend J.T.'s to everyone I know.
