Called them regarding replacing our old, worn out water heater and garbage disposal. They were very friendly and responsive and the owner was very straightforward and honest. He actually talked me out of a more expensive option and got us exactly what we needed. He also offered to have his tech come out same day. Their prices were great. The tech was also very friendly and honest and got the job done quickly. Very happy all around.

Massey Plumbing has come to our house twice. we have a really old house, so it had some issues. Very fair pricing, and they got us in same day. Both times we had Shawn as our technician and I can't possibly rave about him enough!!! He is so friendly and personable, and took the time to really explain what issues we were having, and told us what parts we can buy to prevent it from happening again. He worked quickly, and made sure to clean up the mess! Pretty sure he left my bathtub cleaner than when he found it 😆

10/10 will always call these guys when we need it. Thank you, Shawn!!

This was our 3rd time using Massey Plumbing services. These guys are awesome! I cannot say enough good things about them. They are timely, very personable and extremely fair. We will definitely use them again for our future plumbing needs.

Great company. Have used Massey 3x, most notably for a garbage disposal install and a water heater install. Prompt service, and fair price. Would certainly recommend to those looking for a reliable and honest plumber, who does the job right.

Had a pipe burst on us that goes to my well and was given some ridiculous quotes and then I remembered that Massey had serviced us before and didn't charge an exorbitant rate so I called them and they fit us in the schedule and service was prompt and looks good. Also they gave us a better solution than what had previously been done to the pipe. I definitely recommend them to everyone who needs a good local plumber that does honest and quality work.

Mike, Lee and the office staff are attentive, timely and resourceful. Each time we have called for service (water heater install, clogged plumbing, and recently for an upgrade) we have been met with professional, courteous tradesmen who have conducted their work efficiently and left our home clean. In all experiences we have been given great suggestions and tips (i.e. A mushroom plug to prevent hair clogs !) Thank you for being trustworthy tradespeople in our area!

We had Shawn out twice for 2 different things. I can't say enough good things about him! He rocks! Their pricing is fair and he was quick and efficient and they were able to come out right away. Shawn also pointed out a questionable looking outlet he noticed. So glad he mentioned it. It turned out to be an issue that needed immediate attention. Beyond thankful he went above and beyond.

What a great group of professionals. Especially Charlie he was prompt, clean and honest. . I would highly recommend this company for your plumbing needs.

Charley and Lee re-piped my 2 full bath double wide mobile they were on time very courteous and both had super attitudes very efficient at their jobs made sure everything was correct and cleaned the job up like they had never been there great job guys glad we chose Massey Plumbing

I called one day and they sent Charlie the next day, first thing in the morning. Hard to beat service like that! Charlie was very professional and pleasant while I showed him what needed to be done. He kept me up to date on everything he did. He pointed out an issue with my water heater that I wasn't aware of and could have been disastrous had I not known. Thank you Charlie and Massey Plumbing. Massey Plumbing is fantastic! I have had them 4 times for different issues. Each time I was extremely happy with their service and knowledge. Charlie and Lee are here right now replacing all my water lines and a new water heater. They arrived 15 minutes before the appointment time. I told them after a short conversation I would be writing a review saying, “don’t give them coffee, they’ll never leave!” And Lee was moving so fast he was bouncing off the wall and Charlie was napping on my couch! Of course, none of that is true. You had to be here to understand where that came from. Lee has been here twice and this is the third time for Charlie. Love these guys and Mike

I was referred to Massey through a WC community Facebook group. We had a sink and shower leak in our newly purchased home. Both Shawn and Lee were incredibly personable and knowledgeable. The sink is leak free and works great. Shawn was genuine and honest with his recommendations regarding the issue with our shower that had some unexpected complications. He gave us 2 options to consider and explained the pros and cons of each. I appreciated his candidness and professionalism. Definitely would recommend Massey to others and will use their services again in the future.

I had the pleasure of doing business with Massey Plumbing. I requested recommendations from the Wesley Chapel Network and Mike Massey reached out to me on my request for an outside faucet replacement. Within 24 hours, I I have had Lee Abel, calling and letting me know that he was on the way. Once we spoke, I knew that he was going to be a great asset in fixing my issues and I was correct! The removal of the old faucet wasn't smooth but Lee handled it like the professional that he was. He knew exactly what to do and allowed me to clean up the work debris, so that I wasn't billed on the clock. I'll be using both Lee Abel and Massey Plumbing on any future projects and recommend to anyone. Thanks to Mike Massey for his exceptional service

Needed my water heater replaced. From the time I called to the end of installation such a great experience. I ask a lot of questions and everyone has been so kind to answer them all. These guys are no BS. They don’t sell you more than you need and will give you options. The installers were here in time and were so kind and helpful. Cleaned up after themselves. Left no trace of them ever being here with the exception of the new hog water heater. Couldn’t have been an easier installation experience!!

We had our main pipe bust from our well to the house. Lee was here earlier than expected and did a great job for a very fair price for same day service! Highly recommend them!

Woke up this morning Friday morning, no hot water. Looked on Google search at 6:45 and saw according to the website that Massey Plumbing was open. So I called, answered on the first ring. Explained my situation, he quickly gave me a quote after I gave him the size of my water heater and description about it. Water heater got shipped to my house around lunch. expert plumber showed up at 2 o’clock. Insulation was done by four. Everything went smoothly. This is the second job done for me, about a year and a half ago they installed my water softener which I have had zero problems with since.

Mike and Shawn coordinated with us promptly and provided just the work we needed to get tub faucet operational and tub drains and overflow valves replaced in both tubs. Courteous, professional, helpful. Pleased with service and will use again! Thank you!

After being stood up by two plumbers in the Wesley Chapel area, I googled and found Massey. Spoke with the owner, explained my plumbing needs and got an appointment. They called on the way out & showed up. Lee was professional, down to earth, polite and my hero for knowing how to treat a client. He fixed what a plumber could fix and checked my septic tank. To my shock it was filled to the brim. He suspected that from the beginning, but patiently worked me through it. Fair price, shows up, calls and knows how to treat a customer.
