B J's Wrench Connection

One of the best shops I have ever used. My mother in laws car was taken to the dealer for repair and quoted $7k for a bunch of repairs and maintenance. After transferring it to Wrench Connection after a friend recommended them they fixed what was needed and did some service, the bill was $750 and we had the car back in just 2 days. I am very thankful and will be a customer for life.

I am SOOOO VERY happy to have brought my car into BJ's. It's an older car and needed some expensive repairs if I was going to keep it and they truly went out of their way to keep the bill down. Typically the mechanic calls to tell you they went over budget BUT AJ CALLED TO TELL ME THEY SAVED ME $800. I am a very happy customer.

I am from out of town, we had serious brake issues. My friend who lives locally told me to go to BJ's did not steer me wrong.So when I called Mario he said they were very busy but he could see me and car in a few hours. When I got there he had alot of cars there, he was real busy I could see(good sign) Mario was very courteous and nice when we spoke, I left him keys and told him what I thought was wrong, he said he would look at it soon, maybe 1 hr later he called told me what it needed, rough idea of cost, I ok'd cost, he ordered the parts. I didn't expect he would be done that day to my surprise it was completed and cost was less than originally quoted. I was very pleased at the fast service and cost. Thankyou Mario

Great shop. I had another shop tell me I needed new rear shocks and mounts in addition to some front end suspension work. BJ's repaired everything on the front end for a great price, and when it came to the shocks and mounts they found that the brackets weren't tightened down correctly! They tightened them up for me and no more rattle! Didn't need to replace anything in the rear. Their honesty is refreshing in a day where mechanics want to rip you off!

These guys are amazing! always show me whats wrong and explain what needs to be done. they do this without making you feel stupid even though i know i sound stupid when im trying to mimic the sound my car makes. I think we all have been there as some point. i trust these guys with any of my vehicles!
