Downeast Home and Clothing

Very nice ladies that were working there in Bountiful this morning! We were coming from 45min away. Very helpful & nice! Great prices & if they don't have it they are very helpful in getting it to you quick! We have bought a leather power set of couches from them & a kitchen table years ago, now some bar stools & rugs. Our previous items are all still in awesome condition! We just bought the bench that goes to our kitchen table, so glad they still make it as our new home works better with a bench on one side & we're able to store our extra chairs for parties & use our leaves we bought with our table. Everything we've ever bought from them have been such great quality! We love DownEast Home! It always feels good when you have kind people to help you!

Jessica was a great help to us as we made our selection. She was patient with us as we went home, measured, and really thought out our furniture choice. She was kind and super helpful during checkout and made sure we got the best deal. A great transaction that will keep us coming back.

Fell in love with the Cloud sectional. Myah was so great to help problem-solve and find the best options with regard to ordering the sectional. She initially thought I was going to have to wait over two months to receive the sectional, but Myah was able to track down the last one in the warehouse! Delivery was scheduled for less than a week later. Very pleased with the ordering process and Myah’s customer service.

The staff was great. They don't follow you around like the sharks at RC Willey's. I have no idea if they are commission based but we totally appreciated the no pressure approach. The staff was very knowledgeable about their products. Refreshing to say the least. We purchased 3 couches and 2 ottomans over a 2 day period with cash and they wouldn't give us any further discount which was a little disappointing. Honest review.....thank you to the staff at the store. Management however needs to review their customer service training. We tried to purchase their most expensive couch and were told they were absolutely, under every circumstance possible, were unable to deliver the couch to our home. WHAT FURNITURE COMPANY WON'T DELIVER! Needless to say I didn't purchase the last (most expensive couch). I hope I can get this resolved though the customer service department. If so downeast will be my go to store for home purchases.

This was my first time to this location and I loved it! It was so gorgeous and I wanted to buy everything there😬 They hosted a wall hanging class and it was so fun for all of us ladies to craft in such a beautiful building and then be able to look around at the cute clothes and gorgeous home Decor. I would definitely recommend this location!

Wonderful service! I felt very welcome from the moment I stepped into the store, and didn't feel pressured to make decisions I didn't want to. When I did eventually come to a final decision, the staff were supportive and not pushy at all. Wonderful shopping experience!!! I had looked all day at the shopping mall for something that I liked with absolutely no luck. My sister-in-law recommended Downeast Home, so I tried it. I found so many things that were stylish, but not revealing that I spent over an hour just trying things on. The service was spectacular!!! They would bring me different sizes and colors until I found the right look. I definitely will skip the Mall and head straight to Downeast Home next time I go shopping!

I’m new to Downeast, and had a wonderful experience shopping there. I loved the clothing colors and styles and the sales clerks were so sweet! They made me feel extra special by putting my name on the dressing room door, checking on me occasionally to see if I needed a different size, and complimenting me on my choice of purchases.
