Kyle and his team clearly take pride in their work. Great communication and quick work. They even washed my car and cleaned the inside before I picked up my car, which was a pleasant surprise. Hope I never have to come back to them, but know they’ll be my go-to collision repair!

I purchased my car five years ago. I took pride in it and maintained it very well. Even after five years, it always looked like it came straight off the lot. It was beautiful. In January I was the victim of a hit and run and my car was ruined. It had major damage to the paint, bumper, taillight, and fender. I brought my car to spectrum collision. I didn’t think they would be able to get it back to how it was before 100%. I thought it would have at least remain with minor cosmetic dents. When I picked up my car from spectrum collision, it looked like it came straight out of the factory. It looked even better than it did initially. And they have a lifetime warranty on the work they do. I would definitely recommend them over and over again.

This is an EXCEPTIONAL auto repair shop. My previous experiences with most have been unpleasant and dishonest. However, Spectrum is complete opposite. The owner Kyle, and his team are top tier. They are really for their people. My vehicle was also fixed in less than a week! Not to mention, detailed to the NINE, interiorly and exteriorly! The integrity, promptness, and customer service that was demonstrated will definitely retain my business for any future auto needs! You won’t be disappointed with their business!

Kyle was professional, on point and had my 2022 GMC Denali in and out of the shop in less than 3 days, that included paint work. The repaired area looks like new and the truck came back detailed to boot. Spectrum Collision and Repair will always get my referrals.

Wonderful to work with, car came out amazing can’t even tell it was in and accident. They also vacuumed the car when they didn’t have to so thank you, will definitely use them again if need be.

I recently had a minor accident backing out of a parking space. My car warned me in enough time to stop but I did hit the vehicle who had just backed out from her spot and so I hit her passenger side. After contacting my insurance company I was provided a list of Progressive network shops within a 20 mile radius of my address. Since I had no familiarity with any of them, I really depended on the reviews on line and my gut feel from when I called the shop. Thus, I take these reviews very seriously. I chose Spectrum because they had the highest reviews and greatest % of positive comments.

The ratings were all true! I called and spoke to Kyle the owner and said I could bring my care in early on a Saturday morning. Came in he saw the damage, explained the process and told me he would call me when the parts came in. Less than a week later he received the parts and he called me on Tuesday. I told him I would drop it off on Saturday and pick up a rental from Enterprise right up the street.

From the first conversation with Kyle, I could tell that he was committed to his business and providing his customers with excellent care and service. He was friendly, reliable, dependable and honest. His team have been with him for years which speaks volumes these days. They all care about the work they produce and about the customer's experience.

I highly recommend Spectrum and will be sure to utilize them in the future if ever needed.

Best customer service I’ve ever experienced from a mechanic/service shop!

I was told by the dealership my car’s brake fluid was in “critical” level and needed to be changed ASAP. Since my car only has 30,000 miles on it, I decided to call around to get quotes.

After calling 5 different places, I am so glad I called this shop as they were incredibly honest and patiently explained my car most likely didn’t need a brake fluid change yet.

They could’ve told me it needed one and take my money. Instead, the mechanic took his time to explain why it wasn’t needed yet, how I could double check and keep an eye whenever it was actually needed.

I will FOR SURE start coming to this shop for my whole family’s car repair and service needs.

Had a fender bender and needed some repairs. Found shop online and decided to give it a try. Was completely blown away by the excellent service and quality of work. Truck looks brand new now!!! all completed in much less time than i expected! They also cleaned and vacuumed!!!!! This shop loves cars and knows how to take care of them!!
