Dade City Express YMCA

This is a smaller version of the Spring Hill YMCA but it’s got a little of everything. The pool is not as busy as the Spring Hill YMCA and so if you just want to get in and do your own thing, it’s almost always possible.

Nice friendly local gym! If youre close by check it out. It's very small but its just right for the 5-8 people that are usually there at a time. If you dont like small then 15 minutes away is a bigger Y with a pool and a gym. Otherwise this is a convenient local place to burn some calories with nice equipment!

I exercise and work part time there. Members and staff alike are just like family. We are mainly a gym for your cardio, strength and resistance training. I love the friendly atmosphere. If you come visit us, please say "Hi". I would love to meet you. Blessings with a Smile......

I love this little gym. Some of the machines are a little outdated but they have a pretty good variety. I'm glad it's never crowded. The staff are lovely.
