From the very first moment I entered your facility , I was treated with kindness , caring & respect. There are so many names of the caretakers I met but every single one treated me with unbound caring for what I was going thru. The physical therapists that helped me get my strength back, step by step I consider just awesome people. I could not have accomplished my therapy without them. I felt it was not just a job to them but truly caring about the patients they helped ! I felt very grateful every single day I was there & truely blessed to be in the care of all the nurses , nurses aides & physical therapists. It is a time I will not be forgetting ever in my life. And it is because of ALL the caretakers I encountered. Fran Mora

My out patient service experience was the best! Thanks for being to kind and caring. Thank you for being there for me in my time of needs. Now if we could get the doctors to actually help me and remove my hernia after three years so I do not feel sick and have all this pain in my stomach and lost my breath when I bend over we'd be great. The hospital staff in our patient is amazing

Every single person that I ran into was extremely pleasant. And now there's Tangy!!! OMG you've got a winner there. She was my warmth the whole time! And Judy, the Nurse who did my IV, that left no bruise, ever. was absolutely fabulous. And then there was my OR team... everyone... everyone there was so so wonderful. I come back in 4 months to have the other foot done, I'm requesting the same team! Thanks for everything nice job Advent

My Pop was admitted and had to have an emergency surgery that nearly took his life. It was then he was taken upstairs to the ICU. The nurses took extreme care. His care team new our family wasvery concerned. The staff are very friendly with incredible bedside manner. They took the time explaining each procedure before it happened and even prepared a meeting between the whole care team, a team of doctors, who listened to our concerns and questions, and left us with great understanding and faith. He was then moved to the PCU unit. And the staff truly go out of their way to make sure my pop is comfortable and taking care of. The hospital is always busy and many patients to care for. But they are never leaving the patients alone l for very Long before returning and helping them with all their needs. Compared to other places even my own experiences at this hospital, his care team on both units were remarkable and earned great respect by taking care of our Pop. If your loved one has to be taken to the ICU, just know they will be safe and taken care of. They are very courteous and respectful. Patient and kind. Unfortunately I can only rate these two units. But I think they all need to be recognized for the amazing job the hard work care and dedication they put into taking care of our loved ones. Thank you Care team for all you do. Experienced, expert and simply exceptional. These guys know what they're doing and care about their patients. Made me feel in good hands from beginning to end. Excellent team, highly recommend.

Everybody was really good at what they did. Loved therapy and all the people who took care of me! As a young teenager I had the opportunity to work in a hospital. Got to see a live birth and WOW! Also what gzoes on in taking care of a patient. The people who took care of me most were fantastic. They listened, and most applied. They were all busy but never acted like we were taking too much of their time! Therapy was a group of talented people, I enjoyed the exercise we got! I did come up with one unique idea that helped me with my boot; you see the boot adhered to the sheet so it was very hard to move my foot, especially if you were going to go to the bathroom; while being bed ridden. Ok, here’s what I came up with. The pads you leave for putting under you come in plastic bags. So I opened it, took out the pads n put them close by to reach; then I took the plastic bag and put it under my foot, once I knew where to place the foot. It was a lot easier to move the foot to the down position to get out of bed n go to the pot chair; also once I got back on bed I was able to lift leg in the plastic! It was a godsend! Trying to move that foot and get back in bed were a chore. This was very helpful! I try to figure things out so the helpers have time to do their things! The only other things I can mention is: don’t remove other items the patient needs to get back in bed. I know we should wait for the nurses before getting in bed; however that isn’t always the way things go. The girls are always helpful, their smiles made my day. The guy who took our food orders is a dream, very respectful and helpful! Thank you so much for everyone!

The Doctors,nurse, care techs on 2 north and the other caregivers were the best I've ever Encountered at any hospital . They came in on the hour ever hour to check on me see if I needed anything the whole time I was there. One of the care techs came in and I asked she could help me brush my hair she said absolutely and offered to braid it. I said that would be great. Then 2days later she was back to braid it again after my shower that afternoon. Miss Grace was awesome. I really appreciated someone taking that kind of time with me. And oh the compliments I got on my braids. And I made sure they new she done them. The only thing I didn't like and I discussed with dietary was they had food listed on menu but didn't have the food there to serve you. If you don't order dinner rolls to serve the patience they shouldn't be on the menu. Other than that little thing. It was best experience in a hospital. I'd love to thank each and everyone of them from the bottom of my heart for the great care they took of me. Nurses on 2North Erica , Maureen and care tech Ashley and Grace. They were the ones that was there most of my days there.

Nervous at first. They kept everything up beat and positive. After the endoscopy and colonoscopy were done the nurse or tech was very funny and helpful. Thanks.

What a great and wonderful experience i had at Dade city hospital Advent Health..Hospitality was great and for a very different experience being nervous and anxiety I had some wonderful people their working and taking great care of me ..Wish i could recognize every last one of their names ..From the from desk to pre op to surgery threw post op ..How blessed i felt !!! Thank you all

I couldn't ask for better care and nicer people. I couldn't make a move that a nurse was there to help me! And I mean that in a nice way!! They were very nice to my wife aswell.

Everyone, from the ER dept. to the cardiac unit, was super great. I was scared and anxious and they calmed me down, listened to me and definitely made me feel better. I'll choose this hospital any day!

I like to compliment the day shift, lunch shift, dinner shift and night shift of the 2 north staff, cnas saribah, Jessica, sharauah, James, Jamie, rns akeem, Peter, Erica, Ludmila and ccs Wendy Jamie you all were excellent with me

I had to make a visit today for an MS exacerbation. From the time I entered the emergency room to the time of treatment was amazing. The met me at the door with a wheel chair and made a quick stop at check in and right back to a room. Everyone is friendly happy, helpful and very understanding. Our hometown hospital is ranked #1 in my book. Very clean room and facility. Doctors, PA, nurses, and care techs are fantastic.

All the people at Avent are so great. I have a smart and kind pcp the nurses are friendly wherever I go, if it's a specialist to. Thank you for all my doctors. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Thank you and may God bless all the families at Advent health.....

I had the absolute best surgery experience I could have possibly imagined at AdventHealth Dade City. Every person that I met was so friendly and compassionate. My night nurse, Sheldin, was the most caring, compassionate and friendly nurse I’ve ever met. He truly has a gift. I felt like he treated me as he would treat his own mother. I cannot say enough good things about this hospital and health network. I’m just so pleased. Thank you AdventHealth Dade City!

Everything from blood tests to my actual procedure went very smoothly. You don’t need the added stress if things are disorganized! Everybody was very friendly, explained everything that was going to happen, would definitely recommend Advent Health hospitals 😊

TCU ,How do you say thank you to the Nurses and Care Tech's Physical Therapist and OT and speech therapy and craft to Dr.Hashmi and physical aids .recovering from a stroke and having Epilepsy I can go back home .keep trying make a difference never give up ! We don't say goodbye it's we are here when you need us ..thank-you again..forever grateful.

From the moment I stepped foot in the hospital for my scheduled surgery I was met with nothing but kindness and professional staff! I’ve had outpatient surgery before and this experience was a complete 180 from my past experiences. All my anxieties melted away once I was getting prepped for surgery the staff was attentive and knowledgeable. Each staff member greeted me with a smile and genuine care. They could tell I was nervous and helped me in every possible way they could. It was such a seamless and fast paced ordeal I barley had time to worry. Checking in was a breeze. Registration was fast and painless. Pre op was great and post op was uncomfortable to be expected but they helped and took care of me amazing. They were patient and kind and waited till I was ready to go home. And the day after surgery they called to check up it was so refreshing and nice the only thing I can think of to complain about is I don’t live close enough to them. Our hospitals were I live are so dirty and dreary I wish more hospitals were like this one I would go out of my way to come here if need be in the future. 5 star care and 5 star staff.
