I very rarely write reviews and rate them five stars; however, both John Buckland and Anthony Bocco (managers) turned misery into a smile. I was affected by a tornado, which caused significant damage to my vehicle -- to include exposed roofing and body damage. Both John and Anthony kept me updated with my repairs, and offered meticulous work to restore my ride to pristine condition. The overall experience and customer service is not something commonly seen in today's business practice. This is the go-to place for repairs with a skilled team that is both professional and driven from start to finish. Thank you!

Anthony from Schumacher body shop came and gave my car a jump. I was so-o-o appreciative because it was Hondas fault I had a dead battery.
I had body work done at Schumacher and they were fair in price and did an excellent job. I am driving to Honda now to get a new battery.

It is my distinct pleasure to write this review. In my collission the at fault party in the process of backing out of a perpendicular parking space totally T-Boned crashed the rear door on the driver's side of my Chevrolet automobile.

Associated with this occurrence beyond replacement of the door can be an array of physical damage which includes a complex pillar which holds the locks for the front door, the hinges for the rear door, and supports the roof of the car.

For absolute SAFETY and 100% expert identification and solid correction of potentially serious damages I wanted extraordinary leadership in connection with my repair.

just came into town and decided to get an estimate on a ding I got on my car a 2021 Ford Escape hybrid. stopped at the local Ford dealership and they wouldn't give me an estimate without an appointment. went around the corner to Schumacher Auto body and they took me in immediately and in less than 10 minutes we're writing up the estimate and sent it to me in my email. These guys are the best. I had some lot damage from servicing my truck at the GMC dealership and the body shop went above and beyond to fix up the damage quickly, but also in a way where I'd never know the damage happened in the first place. Special thanks to John.
