Derek was absolutely a pleasure. He sat down with me and explained everything and anything I needed to know. He didnt in the least bit make me feel uncomfortable or like I was asking too many questions. He explained everything in great detail and was very patient with me if I didnt understand something, he had no problem going into further detail and giving me examples to where I could understand better.
