I went to the tax office to renew my driver's license and had a quick and wonderful experience. Plenty of clerk's and short wait time . Mike Fasano runs a great office .

Nice big parking lot and parallel street parking available. Came to use the passport services. Seems the local post office in Dade City does not provide that service. Passport services are on the second floor in the East Pasco Government Center. I was serviced by the young lady in kiosk #6. I have my application ready. I wanted both a Passport book and the Passport card. And she told me how much to make my check out for and I did. She then assembled the package and stapled everything where it needed to be and handed it back to me and told me to proceed to the post office to get it in the mail. I mailed it off and since I had expedited it, I received the envelope in about ten days. To my surprise, when I opened it up, there was only a passport in there. I called the customer service phone number for passports and asked, When would I receive the card in the mail? And they explained that while my Passport application had the box checked for both the Passport book and the card. My check was made out for only the passport book and the expedited service. So that young lady in the East Pasco Government Center Passport office gave me the wrong amount to make my check out for and now I am without the passport ID card. After the Passport representative explained the convoluted process I would need to go through and the risk of having my new Passport canceled to try and obtain that card, I'm just going to chalk it up to bad luck. Please double check any dealings you have to do with that passport office before you leave the counter.

I got my state ID and marriage license here. The employees were helpful, professional, and kind. Overall, I had a good experience and they don’t keep you waiting very long.

Place is a joke! Judge Barbara Goiran is very bias and one sided, wouldn't even hardly let me get a word in when it came to my side of the story.but hey these are the people we choose to preside over our cases. Great job east pasco!
