Greg had great customer service. He was upfront and although I was skeptical about upgrading with a bigger phone bill he assured me it would be close to what he quoted. My bill was not what he said it would be, he made sure it was corrected and corrected quickly. Thank you!

I was having one of the worst days ever. Greg was so in tuned to how my day was going he was very friendly and helpful but also got right to the point. Happy with these folks. My previous provider was having some serious performance issues and after 6 months of trouble shooting, I got tired and switched over to Verizon. Not only did I get a $300 gift card after porting my old number over, but I also received a $700 credit towards a brand new 128mg iPhone 13 with a trade in. They are always willing to help with any situation and provide a reasonable solution to your needs. They have also helped my parents with their phone issues in the past as well. Can’t ask for more!

What can I say- superior customer service and knowledge of any and all devices that keeps you humming in the new millennium with the best updated equipment and cellular service. This office in Dade City is quiet and always open and accessible.

I dealt with Greg Fischer who worked to find me every possible discount and the best plan that worked for me- even changed my son’s account to a better plan in another state! I can’t say enough about his expertise and patience with the technically challenged! Again, he was a phenomenal breath of fresh air and made my transition to Verizon seamless.

What a great experience. Seth informed me that they didn’t have the phone that I wanted and couldn’t guarantee it would be here in time for the weekend. He approached Greg the Manager and he had one delivered in 24hrs. They went above and beyond to do that. Then Hakim set up my phone and transferred everything from my old one and backed everything up 😊 I would highly recommend Russell Cellular in Dade City.
