Lori made sure that I received an extraordinary arrangement. It was filled with exotic flowers and designed in an asymmetrical, sophisticated design. I couldn't have been happier. This photo was taken 5 days after it was delivered so, although not new, it still is very beautiful.

I was flying into Florida for a celebration of life and reached out to Lori at lotus floral design for her help choosing an arrangement to send to the family. She went above and beyond and delivered a beautiful flower arrangement that was placed on the center of the dining room table for all to see. Thank you again Lori. Very happy with not only the flowers but the customer service as well. My wedding anniversary is Jan 1st and most flower shops are closed (this one as well) however the manager went out of her way to accommodate me and got the flowers to my wife even delivering them herself. Stuff like this sets businesses apart in today’s times of just wanting to collect your money and not give you great service. Really happy and will be doing business again.
