I am extremely happy with Advanced Dental Group. I have been a patient of Dr. Fraser for over 20 years. I am happy to refer others because they are very trustworthy, they are transparent and treat everyone with dignity. The atmosphere and great customer service are warm and inviting. My hygienist Brianne is amazing. I was afraid of going to the Dentist before becoming a patient at Advanced Dental Group. I am grateful to have excellent service

Dr. Marx and his team from the front desk to the assistants are the best. Welcoming and genuinely love what they do. You can tell they work as a Team! Dr. Marx is very experienced at what he does…so gentle, little or no downtime with post procedures. If you are afraid of dental work this is where you need to go. Best in Palm Beach County!

Dr. Fraser, Rachael and the hygienists make sure you're comfortable. They were the only practice to give me chap stick during procedures. Who knew what a difference that makes?! Even though they take the time to talk with you and listen, they are always on time.

Dr. Fraser in the best dentist I ever had. He is a patient individual with a wonderful bedside manner. He is also very knowledgeable and skilled at his work. Wow, truly the best experience I have ever had going to the dentist. The office was beautiful, bright, and impeccably clean. The staff was so kind and made me feel as though my comfort was their highest priority.
I felt completely at ease with Dr. Fraser. Cindy was so gentle that my cleaning felt more like a spa treatment! Rachel took so much time to talk with me and explain everything in detail. I LOVE how kind this staff is. They are always professional, fun, flexible, & accommodating! Everyone there is so good at what they do and make everyone feel comfortable. I see Cindy & Dr. Fraser most often and they're incredible, thorough & gentle. Brittany & Rachel are also great with precision & making sure you have the knowledge you need at your fingertips!
