Pasco County Tax Collector - East Pasco Government Center

On Jan 23,2024 I went in to do my two vehicles registrations. It was around 11:00 a.m. and I sat in my seat and waited for less than 3 minutes before I was called to counter number one. Angelina took care of me and she was amazing. Very friendly, polite, respectful and knowledgeable. By far the best DMV experience I have ever had!

I have to say Michelle in the property Taxes Department is one of the most caring people that I've ever come across. The knowledge in detail is outstanding. The level of customer service is the best.Trust me today it's very difficult to find a person of this caliber.

A HUGE shout out to Eric!!! He took my daughter out for her driver's test today, he made the whole procecess so easy and a little less stressful 😬 He was even able to test my daughter with her nervous giggles. Thank you sooo much Eric. I greatly appreciate you today!

Absolutely wonderful customer service received by Timothy about property tax. It is usually a nightmare trying to call someone about tax questions. Timothy displayed patience and had great communication.

Eric was my instructor, he took me out for my drivers test. He was amazing and made feel so comfortable. He was amazing! Plus, the staff was speedy and also super sweet:)

I have lived in several states and had to have dealings with various DMV's in those state and Dade City DMV is by far the most efficient and well run DMV I have ever had dealings with. They have enough people for the job and all are very friendly and professional.

Was “In & Out” in no time! ALMOST felt like they didn’t want me in there! ;). Super professional and courteous…honestly the best DMV I have ever been to.

Got my passport, was very easy and everyone was very friendly and helpful

Went in this morning for drivers license renewal. Checked in with lady at entrance & given number. Before I could even sit down my number called. Young lady at corner desk named Lisandra helped me & she was awesome!! Very nice and efficient. Very pleased!!

I live in Temple Terrace and I try to get to this location in Dade City when I can. I'm always in and out and I always have a pleasant experience. The most time I've spent here was 45 mins to an hour, and that's only because I brought my children to this location for their driver's test and license.

I live in plant city which is hillsborough co. Dade city dmv is soooooo much quicker then the plant city location, way before plant city moved to Sydney rd. If I went to plant city dmv I would have to wait over an hour to get anything done. If I went to dade city for the same exact thing. My wait time would be 5-15 min max. I’m always in and out with dade city. I haven’t been in a while so I don’t know if it’s the same. But I would definitely take the drive to dade city then use plant city because they’re so much faster.

I’ve never been to a more professional business ie. Tax collector , DMV then in Dade City . EVERYONE was happy , pleasant, courteous & professional. It’s evident the employees enjoy their jobs as they treat those visiting with complete kindness . ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐

I lived in St Petersburg for many years and have visited several DMV offices in Pinellas county. This Dade City office is a much more pleasurable experience compared to those. Quick service, friendly staff and about the best you can expect out of visiting a DMV!!

Have lived in Pasco co. for 15 years and most any licensing transaction that can occur I have dealt with. There are good days and bad days. A bad day at the DMV, if it happened I can't recall. Covid has put it's stamp on any crowd experience here but the Pasco DMV, Dade City, has always been a smooth and relatively short experience.

I LOVE coming here ... every one is SO NICE and the lines are SO MUCH SHORTER than in Hillsborough.
I've NEVER waited very long in the lines here. They give you a number, you have a seat till called ... which isn't long at all.

Today I had the pleasure of going to Pasco County Tax Collectors office for the FDMV. Was selling our truck and went to do the paper work. They are organized from the check in, to the waiting area and beyond. Wendy was the clerk who helped us, she was patient, caring, knowledgeable and did an amazing job explaining everything.
