Jarrett Ford Dade City

I'm a snowbird currently in Florida and had the strongest urge to return to a Ford Flex. Yes, they're discontinued. And that's why I bought an Explorer. But I really was yearning, so started doing a Google search for a 2019 Flex, the last year they were made.
I had lots of hits, but of course, many of them were front wheel drive, and coming from the north country, I needed all-wheel drive. I also wanted one where I could see the Carfax report without having to pay for it.
I landed on Jarrett Ford with just about everything I wanted.
Yes, they were 3 hours away across the state, but the salesperson who contacted me, George Hunt, was so nice and so easy to deal with that I decided to make the trip. How refreshing to have everyone very professional and not trying to rush you into a deal!
George had everything ready in the event I wanted to take it home with me. But still no great pressure.
Yes, I took it home with me, but before I even left, George made sure that my phone was connected, that I was able to change the entry code, that everything was out of my trade in, etc. F&I was easy, too.
I would highly recommend Jarrett, and George in particular.

I was in the market for a used pickup for month’s Jarrett Ford posted what I was looking for (Chevrolet Colorado). I arrived at the dealership within a hour of the posting. George showed me the truck and informed me it had not been inspected yet. He gave me a fair price knowing it might need some things in the shop. The price they gave me did not quite in my very strict budget. George and the management team made adjustments to the deal to make it work for my budget. George had the car detailed (top notch) and even delivered to me at my workplace. George made the process simple, and fast. This was by far the best experience I have had any dealership. Just bought a used Bronco. It was a very positive, enjoyable experience. Hector King was the main reason I bought the vehicle. He was very professional, yet personable. Great to explain all the features of the vehicle and didn't apply pressure at all. He let the vehicle sell itself. He will definitely sell me my next vehicle.

We recently purchased a vehicle from Jarrett Ford. Not only was the sales man, George, a very nice honest guy but also the service department and finance department were extremely speedy and helpful. Great company, fast service and lots of integrity. Highly recommend and also will be returning next time I need a vehicle. The battery on our car died about 2.5 weeks after purchase and they immediately got us into the service department to help. Service team got us in and out in no time. There was also an issue with our side door and they also fixed that immediately. No complaints.

My Engine light came on unexpectedly I went to Jarrett without an appointment. The service writer was able to fit me in to get my problem. Diagnosed dropped it off the next morning got a courtesy ride back to my house. My vehicle was promptly fixed. I picked it up and was able to get onto my trip I appreciate them being able to get this taken care of promptly. Thank you very much kudos to my service writer, and very pleasant secretary.

I have a 2004 Ford Ranger bought new at Jarrett Ford Dade City. Absolutely no problem with recalls or diagnostic work. Body work is great, the body shop does a superb job. The diagnostic from the service department was right on; The Ranger is running a lot smoother . Not bad for a truck with 198K miles and 20 years old! Stick with the folks that know and they will tell ya how it's done! If only I could afford that Classic Electric Blue Ford Paint job!! Perhaps in the next life! :)

I've been in the service and served overseas in Vietnam and Italy and places and I'm pretty old and I've got to admit I really enjoy the service and the details. And most importantly, I've never felt anything but will taken care of. I really trust them and feel that the health of my vehicle which is important to my well-being is in professional service hands I forgot to include for the first time I let him come to my house and do my oil change and tire rotation. The mechanic was fantastic, extremely intelligent. Help me out with some other issues with my vehicle. Arrived in a beautiful clean van. The inside tools and everything will organized. It was

New to the state, 1 year now, I was not used to genuine customer service. There were, indeed, bumps in this road, and at one point a period of complete frustration. However, if you just air these concerns, I can assure you, they do NOT go unresolved. As with anything in this world, not all are on the same page, but when it comes to the needs of your ONLY means of transportation, get on the same page, trust this place, they will NOT steal your money, your safety is taken very seriously, and while it may seem your time is in question, take a walk, sing a song, tell someone a story, use the time wisely, because that might end up meaning you've had a minute to slow down and breathe!
This place will address more than just your vehicle, ends up you can recharge your faith in business, community and hopefully your own values in what you think of others.

Their mobile service is great. They promptly arrived when scheduled. Did the oil change, checked the fluids and rotated the tires. John was very courteous and very diligently got it done. Will definitely use this service again.

At first it wasn’t so good. There was a misunderstanding about the warranty and time frames and it made me really upset. The vehicle was purchased at another dealership but because it was still under the manufacturer warranty, it had to go to ford. I let them know my disappointment and thought ford was better than that. To my surprise, a little over an hour later I got a call from them and they apologized and were absolutely fantastic. They kept me updated every step of the way, made sure i had access to transportation, worked around my schedule, and were always available to answer any questions when I called. I had been having an issue with my breaks as well, but was so overwhelmed I forgot to mention it. When I picked the vehicle up, they told me they noticed it and went ahead and fixed it, covered under warranty! They went the extra mile and I appreciate that. When I picked up my vehicle, my service advisor made it a point to come over to the checkout window to explain everything and answer all my questions. Really great service.

Well, let me tell you, the Mr. George the salesman that worked with me was absolutely phenomenal. I just can’t say enough about him. He was very thorough explained everything, walk me through all the steps and explain how the truck worked, and how to operate several different features the truck had available, I would love to see this guy get recognized for being so well mannered, and so experienced with Ford ,, He knows his vehicles, and was an absolute wonderful experience. I could not thank George enough, he sold us a beautiful Ford truck, and I am very very happy with it. Thank you, Keven.
