Dr. Ahmad was such a thorough physician. My boyfriend really appreciated his candor and bedside manor and hit him with the truth but didn't blow sunshine up his nether region when telling him what it could /couldn't be that was/wasn't really wrong with him. I'm grateful.

I had my appointment with Yordenis Collazo Eijo ARNP at the Family Medicine facility in Dade City. I want to acknowledge her professionalism and also, her style of helping and attending to the patient's concerns and needs. She is very focused on her work, sensitive and most of all, she attends to the patient with much dedication and respect. She collated my medication list, talked with me about my treatment options, and walked me through the steps to follow. I am very confident with her and recommend her 100%. Premier should be very proud to have a professional like her!

This was my first time coming to bring my great granddaughter to her appointment. From start to finish we received professional and personal service. Jennifer greeted us at the check in desk and was nice and friendly. Nurse Tania was pleasant and nice and made us feel important. Then Nurse practitioner Louann Clark entered the room as if she already knew us. We were treated in a professional, loving and caring way. She was attentive and listened to my concerns and provided valuable information. I was very pleased with our visit. Keep up the good works in serving those in need. Grateful great grandma💙

The entire staff was helpful and friendly. Our provider, Louann was wonderful and thorough during our visit. She went above expectations, as I spent 15 years in the health care industry and was able to form an educated opinion. Excellent experience, overall!

John Woodyard has been excellent to me. Addresses my every concern in s manner consistent with my insurance. Xrays, PT, then MRI, etc…. I’m satisfied! Its super easy to see him via teledoc, which is mega convenient, as I’m stay at home mom.

Always easy to make and get thru appts. Friendly and professional staff. Appreciate Premier Community Health Care at all levels including doctors. I started going to them when my own physician retired and he recommended them. Very grateful for the entire group.

Staff is great! They explain all of your concerns. Quick getting you in to see the doctors where if it's in office or telehealth. Highly Recommend!

Sick with COVID and not doing so well at all. I have other health issues such as heart disease. They were able to see me through telehealth pretty quickly and everyone was super nice and sympathetic. Meds were called into the pharmacy and picked up within an hour and I'm on the road to recovery. Thank you

This was probably the very best, most efficient program for dispensing Moderna CoVid vaccinations I heard or, even better, been a part of. I've listed to friends have so many issues and I'm almost afraid to tell them how smoothly this process has been. I thank you all, from the volunteers to the staff, nurses, Drs, managers and anyone else I've missed. I thank you from the bottom of my heart. I'd given up, was just going to wait until DeSantis did something the right way and the counties followed suit - the right way. Then Premier Community HealthCare sent me an email! Kudo's to you all. Wonderful, prompt, quick, polite, thoughtful service to get my vaccination. Gods blessings to you

For the first time in well over a decade I was treated with kindness and understanding and someone actually cared about getting to get my long awaiting body to finally recirculation some healing and help, thank you for the first bit of Healthcare I have been able to receive in over a decade, thanks so much love and prayers to all who have suffered as I have, and we want to thank the father and the son whom remains the same today, tomorrow and I changeth not.

Getting both covid shots @ the Premier Health Center in Dade City was a wonderful experience! Really!!!! It is very efficiently managed with kind professionalism. The event is OUTDOORS. If you look @ the place on 5th St on google maps, it dosen’t look like much....just a tiny town street, unassuming little clinic & parking lot, but whoa - these employees of Premier Health Center are an awesome team! My husband drove me both times. We were in & out of the parking lot in 30 minutes which included the “wait to make sure you’re OK time” required after the shots. You must call to make a reservation, be 65+ & a Florida resident. This is a Saturdays only event.

Staff was helpful and my doctor was wonderful. All my questions were answered and although I don't like Dr.'s visits this wasn't bad at all.

DR. THOMAS IS VERY EXPERIENCED AND CARING AND HER NURSE IS THE BEST. DONT RECALL THE NURSES NAME BUT LITERALLY TWO THUMBS UP!! (I can however descrive her lol, she is Afro American with braids)

Amazing office staff and very clean! We absolutely love Dr. Perez!
