Arbours at Hester Lake

Been a resident for almost a year. I really enjoy living here. Pricing is nice and affordable. Staff is friendly and quick to resolve issues. Quiet area. Spacious, newly built apartments. It is tough to get in due to waiting list but that's expected with it being an income based housing. I waited about a year and a half. Try to stay patient. It's hard I know especially with these tough times we're living in. I don't agree with the comments about staff being prejudice. There's no evidence to support that claim in my opinion. Keep trying and you'll get called eventually. Just because the wait list is long, doesn't mean you'll wait as long as I did. They go down the wait-list and most people don't even commit. I already applied last year for one bedroom apartment, very nice area and very clean. Hopefully they call me as soon as they have one bedroom available.

Short walk to the waterfall cute peaceful

I have visited the apartment complex several times; it is relatively new, with good facilities and well maintained green areas, the maintenance of the building hallways and stairways is very poor or none at all, the stairways are filthy and dirty, as are the hallways.The image of the buildings should be taken care of, because it is a reflection of the company that manages them.

As of 2/21 This company has a confirmed 2-3 year wait list and are at 100% capacity so they cant do tours . They will gladly accept your application fees and have you wait around for a few years to ATTEMPT to get a residence there. Good luck.

Good luck trying to get a phone call. Called 3 separate days at different times and was greeted with the automated 'Leave your name and phone number' message. Still doesn't return calls even after that. I'm assuming there's no employees that even exist here.

I live in polk County Is this place prejudice or what i mean the lady was super nice texting untill i called and she realized i was black and her whole tone changed now No one never answers the phone ! This needs to be looked into!
