THE BEST car purchase experience I have ever had!! I sold my car in Oct. and had been searching day and night and for months to find the right car for me. Joey and Jen were by far the most genuine and kind people through such a stressful process, they were very personable and easy to communicate with from our very first conversation to the last. They were quick to respond to my questions, made themselves available on what I believe was their day off, and after driving 2.5 hours to pick up the car I had searched 4 months for... they had me in and out on the road in no time at all! Not to mention the fact that Jen checked on me periodically while on my drive home, just to make sure I made it there safely. I just bought my 2nd car from them! Lake Helen Auto!! My 1st car I got from them too! For my very 1st car, I had no idea how to do any of it or how the process in getting a new car works, but they took their time with me and walked me through everything step by step and made it super easy! My 1st car was a very old car, but they cleaned it up so nice where it not only looked brand new, but ran good too and it lasted for many years with no problems! It was still running good, but I wanted to get a new upgrade for myself and I just new that this is the place to go! And they did the same thing, re-walked me through the process, made it easy, and I felt so comfortable! I recommend everyone to go here for a really awesome car! They will hook you up good!!! 😎
