Southern Regional Medical Center

This was my first experience at this hospital. I went in emergency room very ill and staff immediately attended to my needs getting me checked in quickly and triaged to understand my issue. I was admitted and to be honest this has been my best medical care experience. 24 hr attention never a moment left alone or unattended. All needs were met. Thank you for taking care of me and getting me back to a normal life. I am more aware of my health journey.Thank you to entire staff on 3rd ward

To be honest, this was one of the best most informative child birth experiences I have had from beginning to end. Everyone was helpful and pleasant to be around. The nurses always came in with a smile, and were very polite. The times when there were painful moments, the nurses were there with genuine comfort and support. I had a c- section and that process can get very overwhelming. I was walked through every step of the process from triage to recovery and everything when just as they said it would. My first c-section was not like this one at all. My doctor even stayed and spoke to me afterwards which gave me so much confidence in her and her staff, I have never felt that supported by a physician in my life. Thank you Dr. Johnson! This was the best experience. Thank you to all the nurses.

The nurses made me feel very comfortable and safe from the moment I arrived til my departure. Thank you to all the nurses that provided me comfort and support during this difficult time and also to the housekeeping and staff that provided my food that I came in contact with. I am beyond grateful for you all. Wishing peace and prosperity amongst you all 🤍

I always receive quality service here at southern regional. The radiologist technician Pam G. Always does an excellent job and gives me great customer care and service. The registration department also does a great job when I arrive for my appointment. Tkank you southern regional team for always putting great care and concern towards your patients. It means alot

I recently had the privilege of experiencing the outstanding care provided by Southern Regional, and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I stepped through the doors, I felt welcomed and reassured by the warm and professional staff. My mammogram went really well and the staff was very helpful in my particular situation. Thank you so much for your help.

I’ve heard so many negative reviews about this hospital I had surgery I was in so much pain it took a while to get to the back due to shortage of doctors. But listen go for yourself and forget the reviews I was treated great. I feel amazing that you SRMC for all you’ve done Vonnie was an amazing nurse. Dr. Tom my surgeon Amazing and to all staff I encountered thank you for all your support Excellent job!

Before my procedure make me feel like Family We all know that the check-in. Time can be long Computer glitches Etc. Miss Sheila Make the process comfortable It was a long wait Things happen With technology Maybe they will deduct something off my bill ha ha ha . 3pm ish Emily supervisor drew my 🩸, and I didn’t DIE lol she distracted me big time.

The facility was clean 🧼 and these 2 beauties were super amazing 🤩!!!

My experience with Southern Regional was a great one from the time the ambulance got me there til my discharge. I'd like my nurse from the 3rd floor"Antrice" to be given a WOW because she treated me so well and with so much respect. Also would like the whole ICU floor nurses to get a WOW, because they also treated me with respect.

My Mom had to go to the ER due to complications to kidney failure. She didn't make it but everyone in the ER and ICU did an excellent job caring for Mama. Huge shout out to nurse Jim and Dr Patel in the ICU. They did their best to bring her back but her heart just couldn't be restarted. The tears are still falling because she has been staying with me for the last few years when Covid pandemic hit I didn't want her out and about and she was as scared as we were of the virus. I don't regret taking her to SRMC one little bit. The doctors and nurses we encountered were outstanding.

We appreciate everything they did for Mama.

I’m very satisfied with my visit starting from the registration office and everyone who took care of me. They are very welcoming and know what they are doing. I’m also pleased with the people who served the meals to the lady that took care of the room.

They were caring, patient, and understanding. Also very informative. The whole procedure from the front desk to registration to radiology went quickly and smoothly. I'm looking forward to next year's visit.

I had back surgery today and although I am in the expected pain and discomfort, I had to do this review and I am not a reviewer. Ofcourse I had an amazing doctor that performed my surgery (Dr.Kinchen). I would be remissed if I failed to mention her team. The medical staff were all compassionate and extremely attentive to all my needs. These ladies and gentlemen were very detail in explaining their roles in the procedure and remained that way the entire duration. I felt so nurtured. This is how all patients should feel. I would like to thank Dr.Kinchen and the whole medical team that made my experience a great one. That you for all you do you are appreciated!

Very professional and friendly staff. Folks this is the best MRI I’ve ever done in my almost 5 decades of life. The staff made me laugh despite my nervousness in going in that tube that looks like a coffin! Everyone there made that half hour go by as quickly possible. I highly recommend this location with a 7 stars. No kidding I testify to SRMC’s radiology team’s expertise. Thanks Ms Neme & Ms Jordan‼

I brought my husband in for back surgery and it was an amazing experience. Everyone was professional and very nice. From the preop staff to OR to Pacu, it was wonderful. I highly recommend this hosptal.

I have had my Mammograms at Southern Regional for many years since I found my breast cancer in 1999. I can’t imagine going anywhere other than there. Everyone is so friendly, professional, caring, and always willing to help! Pam is the very best, and most caring person to do my mammogram, I am so fortunate to have her!

The nursing staff was A1 at Southern Regional The Nurses, Techs who took my vitals and food service. I was scared but they were very helpful and caring. Deidra was my tech and she’s an Angel and Tytus brought my food to me. I would love to hear that furthered his medical career.

Doctor King and staff are very professional, I love going there they treat you very well. I would recommend her to anyone. Great place to go when you are pregnant.

Check in was so smooth and easy. I had a wonderful person to check me in. I wish I remember her name. Also, PAM was my breast radiologist and she was phenomenal. We struck up a conversation very easily about Pine Mountain, Callaway, Gardens, and beautiful outdoor sceneries. Keep the great work up with customer service! It matters a lot..

The 3-D scan was awesome. No pain!!!! The Tech did an amazing job, she explained every step. The facility was clean and sanitized.
