Spice Station

This place is fantastic, you need to get there early or you will wait. I don't think you can order anything wrong off this menu ... The food is fresh and prepared with care and talent. It is small and gets crowded and noisy, there is outdoor seating, but I don't understand why there are no outdoor heaters as this would help spread out the crowd. We sat at the sushi bar which was nice, but could feel the crowd stacking up behind us. (Which actually tells you how great this place is)

The food was great! We had the Siam chicken and the Thai basil with chicken (both with “Thai spicy” spiciness levels). Both dishes were great - not too salty or sweet. One thing we noticed was that the rice portions are on the smaller side. Even the extra bowl we asked for looked like one small scoop of rice.

The service is very fast and efficient. They’re not there for small talk, which is nice. But they also didn’t come around after the food was delivered to refill drinks. We made eye contact with 2 service people who kept quickly walking away, before we explicitly waved over a 3rd person for refills. They were very quick on refills when it happened though.

First time here. We had an outstanding meal with friends here. They have a very extensive menu, and the place is very busy.

The food was excellent all around. Service was good and we were never rushed. We’ll be back.

Without a doubt the best restaurant, no matter how many miles I have to travel to get to this place, because it will always be worth enjoying its delicious food, excellent presentation, the atmosphere is super pleasant and the customer service is the maximum I love.

Ordered takeout from here for the family and it didn't disappoint. We loved the rolls and tofu Pad Thai as well as the green curry, delish!!!

From the moment we walked in, we were impressed by the unique ambiance of the restaurant. The decor is a blend of modern and traditional elements, and the neighborhood surrounding Spice Station is filled with artistic charm. The fact that there was a concert going on across the street only added to the vibrant energy of the evening.

But let's get back to the food - it was simply amazing. The sushi was incredibly fresh and expertly prepared. We also loved the Thai dishes, which were bursting with flavor and beautifully presented. The Tom Kha Gai soup was a standout, with its creamy coconut milk base and fragrant lemongrass and galangal. Oh, and don't forget to try the Pad Thai - it was some of the best we've had outside of Thailand!

The service at Spice Station was also excellent. Our server was friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive, making sure that our every need was met. We really appreciated the care and attention that went into every aspect of our dining experience.

We highly recommend Spice Station to anyone who loves great food and a unique, artistic atmosphere. Whether you're in the mood for sushi, Thai dishes, or both, you won't be disappointed. The Thai Donuts were excellent although I didn't get them with chocolate. They're great for sharing with friends cuz they're kind of big and there's five of them in an order. I had the spicy chicken Thai noodles and I had them make it number eight Thai spicy and it was excellent and as hot as I wanted! I had the mixed vegetables which were good on the vegetarian menu. The spring rolls and the basil rolls are also both very good although I think the basil rolls were better. I didn't like the sauce that came with the spring rolls but the one that came with the basil rolls was excellent. Took roughly 20 minutes from the time I place my order to get my food to go so I was happy with that. I had water, green tea, and a Thai donut while I was waiting. The atmosphere is nice, parking can be intense after 6:30 but prior to that there's usually Lots. The waitress was very nice and efficient. I saw a multitude of dishes going out and they all looked fantastic definitely will go back to try more!

Super nice staff! Got the Pad Thai and asked them to make it spicy, it was spicy and delicious! This was one of the best Pad Thai I have ever had in my life! You can taste the tangy tamarind and the noodle is bouncing and chewy, that’s how you know it’s made right!

Outstanding food and service. Everyone at our table loved the dishes that we ordered. Amazing Chicken, Beef Brisket, Chili and Basil Shrimp, Dumplings. Our only disappointment was we were dining too late to try the donuts! Can’t wait to go back.

I came here twice first time when my mom and I were looking for a place for dinner and she wanted Thai food. I must admit when I found out it was a fusion place I was a bit worried. Boy was I wrong. I had an excellent experience from the moment we sat down. The staff was attentive and friendly. The food was excellent. I had the panang with roasted duck and it was incredible in fact. I took some coworkers with me for lunch there because I thought they were that good and they loved it. Can't recommend enough.

Fantastic place for Asian food whether that is Sushi or Thai food. I love the Penang Curry and also the chicken Pad Thai is delicious. Everything is very clean and the staff is very friendly

I went there to attend my friend's wedding. The place is so Cosy and has a outdoor part too where the initial ceremony happened and then started dining and partying indoor. The food was good too. Quite an Asian cuisine.

The Thai food is amazing! We had the red curry that just hit the spot. The Thai tea was perfect and the deserts just melt in your mouth. Our waitress was so accommodating to our little one. We love this place. Highly recommend.

I love eating at Spice Station. I love their Shrimp Pad Thai and Pot Stickers. So yummy! I usually eat there but today I ordered takeout. The service has always been great.

Seared, fresh, healthy! Everything at Spice Station is quality and delicious. I consider myself a sushi connoisseur and few places in Sarasota or Bradenton do it well. I’ll travel from Bradenton to Sarasota just to dine here. Fast and friend service and fair priced for exceptional quality. Their sweet shrimp and quail egg sushi are some of my favorites. Thank you!

Ginger grouper was excellent. Sunomo(?) salad was great....sliced cucumbers in a vinegar, sugar, water dressing w/ cooked shrimp & calamari on top with seaweed salad...it is a small salad, perfect for appetizer.

We had a wonderful family dinner at the Spice Station. Everything was delicious and we especially enjoyed the sushi and curry dishes. Will be back soon!
