Natural Selection Crossfit

I’ve been a member of Natural Selection CrossFit since June of 2022. I can honestly say this is the best gym community I’ve been a part of. The coaches sincerely care about helping people get healthier and fitter. All of the members are very encouraging and supportive. Just a great community of people supporting one another to achieve health and fitness goals.

One of the best places on earth!! Better than anything I've done in years. Should have co.e here years ago. The coaches are so great at making sure you are working out correctly. The community is very welcoming.

I travel for work, so I drop into a lot of CrossFit gyms around the country. My workout here was one of the best I’ve ever had! People were super friendly and welcoming before/during/after the workout, and Coach Carrie could not have been more helpful and supportive. The box is clean and bright, and was just what I needed before another long day of travel and work. You can absolutely tell the vibe of a gym, even after one class, and I can tell you that this a great community. I would 100% join this box if I lived here!

I was visiting my family for a month or so and decided to buy a punch card - best decision ever! The coaches and members are incredibly kind and welcoming. If I lived here, it would be an easy choice to stay. Highly recommend checking this gym out!

I’ve only had positive experiences going to NSX. The best decision I ever made was joining the NSX family almost a year ago. The members are all welcoming, the coaches are knowledgeable and keep movements at your skill level, and the owner is professional and kind. I look forward to exercising daily with the gym fam! If you’re thinking of trying CrossFit out, just do it! You’ll love it.

With lots of space and equipment and high quality coaching, this is a great box for both new and advanced CrossFit athletes. Plus, the community here is welcoming and tons of fun to be a part of!

Started Reborn March 31st. I’m soooo happy I did. I’ve lost 40 lbs, feeling better each day and have made awesome new friendships. The coaching staff listens and works through difficulties I may have doing something. I highly recommend NSXFit.

I love this place! I started here about 4 months ago and all the coaches have been extremely helpful (and patient) teaching me the moves I was unfamiliar with. They also give me scaled versions of the workouts that match my current capabilities. All the other athletes have been very supportive and are just a fun bunch of people to be around. I look forward to going to the gym every day!

NSXfit has everything you need. Great community, very knowledgeable coaches, a huge selection of equipment. Big space, always super clean. Leo, our head coach and owner is extremely kind, and always willing to help each and every person at the gym.

Natural selection is an amazing place! It's the first and only crossfit gym I've ever tried. I decided it was the only place I wanted to be after just one class. The coaches and owner are so passionate about what they teach. Seeing progress you make along the way becomes addicting and the lifestyle changes that come along the way help you feel so strong and confident in everything you do. All the members are so friendly and inviting ☺ the workouts are scalable that anyone at any fitness level can do them. Trying it out here will be the best thing you ever did❤

Truly a place to lose your ego and improve your fitness. I used to think i was in good shape until i joined here. I've come a long way since then and a long way to go. The coaches are awesome, super energy, and the other members are so good to each other.
