Looking for NY style pizza? This is the place!!! Legit the best tasting pizza in Sarasota hands down. 💯I drive 26min bc no place compares; consistently hits every time! If you live far like me I don’t recommend doordash cus they’ll take twice as long to deliver & it’ll be cold — just make the drive yourself 😅 Cannoli was also great.

Great pizza and cheese steak sandwiches. Friendly people, good food, family owned feel. Dining without the pretentious touristy feel. Prices are fair comparable to other dine in establishments. Would love to see perks for repeating locals though.

We met for an early bite before the Sarasota Pops concert tonight....I have to say I have never been disappointed. I had a slice with pepperoni and mushrooms and a greek salad... delicious!! I also stole a garlic knot from my friend 😉

This is by far one of my favorite places to eat locally. Great pizza, great food, polite and on point staff. If you are looking for a quick slice during your lunch break or want to sit down for dinner, this is the spot to go.

Great mom & pop to grab your favorite Italian dishes, pizza and other doughy pizza parlor delights! My husband had been eating lunch there a few times a week since he worked in Sarasota and been telling me how fabulous it was.... We were finally able to go together tonight. We walked in an hour from close and I asked if they were still making dinners (afraid to make them cook for me if they cleaned the kitchen prep for the night) and she assured me the full menu was still available. I ordered the Chicken Piccata dinner served with salad and it was ginormous!!! Hubby got cheese pizza (enough to bring home to the kids!) And garlic knots. The knots were large garlic rolls, soft and baked to perfection! Everything always delicous. Our server was a sweetie. And they had the best tasting fountain Coke!!!

This is your classic Italian Pizza Parlour! You are going to love the local flavour from Long Island New York. Restaurateur Stepan comes from a business background at Hofstra. He knows business and he knows pizza.

The slices are to die for, the garlic knots are incredible and they come and bring the slices to you! If you are stressed, they will invite you to take a seat. They will not rush you out.

This place is super busy with deliveries and DoorDashes. Do not blame the restaurant if your Dasher or UberEats driver is slow, that is beyond their control. Keep things local and come inside and they will pop you up a pizza post haste!

Give this place a chance and you will keep coming back, I know I did. I have been coming here since 2022, and I will continue to do so.

The experience I had from this restaurant was magnificent! As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by the restaurant’s manager with a warm welcome. I was asked if I wanted to dine in or out and I ate in the restaurant. I was told to have a seat, and someone will be with me and the waitress came with a menu immediately. She guided me through my order and made it very easy. I ordered two slices of pizza. One was the buffalo slice and a plain cheese slice. I came on my lunch break. Which is 30 minutes and notice that the food was taking a a couple of minutes to get prepared. The reason is because the manager made my food from scratch and fresh instead of giving me old slices! It took about 10 minutes to get but I didn’t mind because he made them fresh just for me. The food came out piping hot and was extremely delicious. The manager which is Mr. Stephon was very pleasant and made sure I felt welcomed. The waitress name is Zoey and she was kind and helpful. I’ll give this 100 stars if I can and I will definitely continue to make this my local pizzeria. This place needs to be packed every day!

Pizza is always excellent, and that's coming from a true New Yorker, even the next day! I have tried all types of toppings and combinations and I am never disappointed.

Coming here with only 60 bucks, Michelangelo's Pizza made it feel like I was dining in a five star restaurant in Las Vegas. The old timey music was calming and quiet enough to set the atmosphere. The appetizers alone were amazing. Never in my life have I tasted such fine mozzarella sticks. The rest of the menu was even better! The clever names for the specials gave us a laugh, and the combination of foods sounded delicious, like the lasanga pizza. The actual food was great. It didn't take that long, (about 15 minutes), and it didn't taste like take out. It genuinely tasted homemade. 10/10 highly recommend

I’m from the NY area where we like our pizza a certain way….good. This place is the best place I found in Sarasota/Lakewood Ranch. The service was great, the pizza cooked just right and delicious.

Really funny and talented italian chef from Sicily (yes, he is Italian!) And what a phenomenal "pizzaiolo"! Original owner took restaurant operations back and you can see the positive impact. Great NYC pizza! Clean, fast and cozy. A must to come eat here at least twice a week!

I have only gotten delivery from this place so I can’t say how the service or atmosphere is in the restaurant, but this place has really great food. Their cheesesteak heroes and French fries are delicious.

Great prices, Very large portions, Fresh tasty food...especially chicken Parmigiano. Crispy NY style pizza.

Great pizza and Italian Food options. The pizza was great and they have a pizza by the slice lunch special daily that is a bargain. I also had a slice of taramasu which was very good. Highly recommend you try it if you have not.

Finally after living in Florida for 3 years from NY I found an excellent place to get Calzones. We stopped in Friday night after we tried to order online but needed to customize our order and just wanted to see the place. We were greeted with a large friendly, happy, staff. That right there speaks volumes. They asked if we were eating in or to go. We were going to be to go but they were so kind and it was a great atmosphere we stayed to dine in. I had the most amazing Calzone. The perfect size! Quick and tasty. Really ingredients. My husband had pasta and loved it. This will be our go to! I can't wait to try the Sicilian pizza! I am so critical when choosing places to eat. I'm fussy and need to customize stuff snd they did it perfect. Highly recommend.

UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT! Place is awesome! Best Pizza in town. Antipasto & salads are fresh, plentiful and delightful. I dined in but was happy to hear that they deliver now! Can't wait to come back!
