When my dishwasher had a stroke and died on me suddenly, I had to act quickly to replace it. I knew I wanted the Bosch brand in black to match the rest of my kitchen’s appliances. I stopped by Clark Appliances, and Danial was courteous and helpful. He was very patient as I went back and forth between two models. The price was identical to the big chains in town, so supporting a local small business was a no brainer to me. The installation guy showed up a couple of hours after the agreed upon window, but he was professional and polite. Overall, I am happy with my purchase. Thank you.

Our salesman, Don, was very knowledgeable and helpful. He spent two hours with us picking out the right appliances for our kitchen. We did not feel pressured, rushed or treated like dummies. I highly recommend people consider this place for keeping it local and to get top notch service. They will price match the big box stores. Clarks also carries high-end appliances that others will not have in this area.

I'm giving this business a 5 star because they provided me with personable service. I own a vacation home in St Augustine and live out of the country. My sales person Karl was exceptional - he is a great listener, and he helped me figure out what I needed with limited information. There were issues with the installation, and the installer could not really provide much details on what we could do to help resolve the issue. I contacted the store and a sales guy by the name of Bobbie decided to "man-splain" things to me without taking the time to listen to the customer. He is a poor listener, very impatient, argumentative and just absolutely rude - truly the opposite to Karl. Watch out for Bobbie. After he said his manager will call me I didn't hear back so
I called the next day. Was relieved to get my sales guy Karl on the phone. Karl listened attentively, understood the issue and knew he needed his managers help. He spoke to his manager and before you know it, the manager Danial was at my condo providing me with one on one solutions. What a wonderful relief and their efforts were much appreciated. It revived my faith in my decision to always support the small business - the personal touch is always appreciated. Karl and Danial more than made up for the rudeness experienced by Bobbie the sales man. The issue was resolved and so for that they deserve a 5 star.

We went in there today to look at some new washer/dryers due to the incompetency of lowes down the street.
The employees that were working were outstanding, very knowledgeable and helpful in picking out the new appliances.
They were even able to deliver them the next day!

Daniel was very helpful, all the speed queen dealers in Jacksonville were 1-2 months out to have machines! I called Clarks and I had a new speed queen within 1 hour. Could not be happier. Speed Queen is made by the same company that makes Unimac commercial laundry equipment, it is bulletproof quality. The new electronic machines are junk, they spend all their time “sensing”. The speed queen machine washes like the old school machines did. No fancy lights or songs played-just washes great-full 240 degree rotation-while the others barely move.

Clark's is one of my Go To favorite appliance stores in NE Florida. I wanted specifically a Speed Queen Washer. They have them in stock. Friendly, accommodating, delivering and installing sooner than expected. Worth the trip in South St. Augustine.

I wanted to purchase a new dishwasher. I tried the two major stores in town and after waiting 20 minutes to speak to someone, I was told it would be weeks before they could deliver the dishwasher. I called Clark’s appliance. The person I spoke to said they had one in stock (at the same sale price as the two major stores) and they could deliver it that day! Two hours later I had my best dishwasher installed and ready for use! Clark’s has excellent customer service and the installer was very professional. I highly recommend Clark’s appliances.

We purchased a Faber Inca Smart hood from Clark Appliances with installation. Don was very helpful with selecting the correct replacement hood and the installer, Trent, did an excellent job. Both where very professional. Trent explained the process for installing the hood and took extreme care with the installation process. Could not have been happier. I would recommend buying from them and if you need quality installation, Trent is you person. Thanks for the very smooth transaction.

Had my old washer unit break down for the third time so given the pair was 8 years old we decided to replace both washer and dryer. A friend of mine talked about going “old school” with Speed Queen. SQ has very little in the way of electronics so there is less to break down. So given my old washer had ongoing electronic issues we decided to go old school. Stopped in at Clark’s and they had exactly what I wanted and could deliver it next day and haul away the old units. They arrived around noon and quickly and efficiently removed the old and installed the new. Went very smoothly and I couldn’t be happier. Pricing was good and delivery was next day. Very happy with my purchase from Clark’s.

We were in desperate need of a new refrigerator after 7 months of service calls on a refrigerator purchased from Lowe's.
Clark's delivered our new refrigerator 1 day after purchase. So far, it's working beautifully.

John came out to my house today to remove my old dishwasher and garbage disposal. He replaced my dishwasher that I purchased from Clark's and it is amazing! He put in my new garbage disposal, that I also purchased from Clark's, and I am so happy! He was very professional, lighthearted and even found my favorite ring I lost years ago under the dishwasher! I'll definitely be ordering more appliances from Clark's and definitely want John as my installment man! Thank you John!!

Highly knowledgeable. The guys that work here know their stuff and they don't pressure you in to buying. They listen and try to recommend the right product. Also, the delivery driver is amazing. He goes out of his way. We purchased a house and previous tenant left an old non working fridge. When new appliance was delivered they were to haul away the old one. However, the old fridge would not fit through the door, hence why it was left. I expected the delivery driver to tell me he could not take it. Nope, he was super polite and found a way to disassemble it all and get it out of the house.

If your moving to the St. Augustine area, or one house to another, or your washer or refrigerator is on the fritz, buy your new one at Clark Appliances. Don Clark is a gentleman, honest, and knowledgeable. They will deliver your new machine when they say, and take away the old one. We have been a customer of Clark Appliances for 18 years and have never been disappointed.

Clark's is SO MUCH easier than the big box stores. In the office Trent gave me great service, and was attentive. The installer, John, was so efficient and profesional, and was very detail oriented.

They are extremely knowledgeable and wonderful to work with at Clark's. They have lots of products to choose from and the prices are comparable if not better then the big box stores. Danial the Manager was wonderful to work with.

I highly recommend buying your appliances from this place. The owners and staff are wonderful to deal with and the delivery service was great! To me, supporting local businesses is what I prefer and I’m so glad I decided to buy from them.

Clark always works with us to find the right deal. We walked in today needing a refrigerator to fit a particular space ASAP for our rental property. Savannah helped us find a unit that fit and could be delivered Monday. Great service!

We have purchased all of our household appliances from Don Clark since 2001 when we moved here. Excellent advice, on time courteous deliveries, the best customer service. Would not consider shopping for appliances anywhere else.
