i don’t understand the low rating. the front staff are very friendly and nice. they helped me make my appointment and the day of checked me in and got me to the back quickly. not racist or rude at all!!

Professional service and customer relations, I guarantee you all of the negative reviews come from irresponsible people who can’t own up to their own mistakes and instead choose to try and mess up peoples lives. After reading reviews it just baffles me
1. You’re not special, everyone has to call their child out of school
2. If you’re late, you’re late THATS ON YOU HONEY
3. Don’t be aggressive and just expect people to sit back and kiss your a**
I’ve seen the behavior exhibited by patients and it is far from respectful. Most of what I see are a bunch of grown children who can’t take responsibility for their own actions and just blame others. This is a good office with good people who see a lot of patients daily, cut them some slack and leave your ego at the door people I stg

I been coming here for years the front are always nice even the new faces. Hygienist is gentle and nice. everyone is so sweet. The bad reviews are lying!!!!!

Had an amazing experience. The assistant that had blonde hair, her name is yami I believe, did an amazing job on going through everything very detailed and helped me feel comfortable throughout my procedure.

There were so nice and did my baby mouth in 30 mins

Listen.. my 15 year old son hadn’t been to the dentist in years. Due to the pandemic. I moved my entire family from Nevada to GA June 2020. I found this dental office online because they accept my insurance. Easy to make an appointment and there we many reminders.I met Ms. Korey who happens to be a awesome dental hygienist after she cleaned my soon teeth. She took her time and cleaned my soon teeth so good he had the appearance of a brand new smile. She also took time out of her busy schedule to discuss a detailed treatment plan with my son on ways to floss and brush. She went over how important with my son that he learn how to keep his teeth and gums healthy. I loved her energy, the professionalism, and how she displayed the fact that she has education/passion for her career.The office was clean, no long waits, we were called back about 15mins after his appointment due to me filling out paper work. Honestly the entire staff was very professional. I’m so glad I found this dental office. I’m not sure why the rating is so bad but I promise you this company has made big changes to better the office. Make a appointment today you won’t regret it. Ask for Ms. Korey if your getting a cleaning. This is a fair review I don’t no anyone personal within the office. All my reviews are honest and of my personal experiences.

I really don’t know why it has low rating ! The front staff is very well so nice , place is clean and nice organize . I spoke to Ms Josie about my kids appointment and needed assistance. she was so helpful and informative about my kids procedure.

I am beyond pleased with the services I received here. The receptionist that greeted me and pointed me to the right place to check in had a friendly mannerism. After a decent wait time, I was taken back by a friendly man named Geovanni who informed me about the procedure that was to be completed. I was nervous but was assured that I had options to make me as comfortable as possible. Shortly afterwards I was introduced to Dr. Bell and he was extremely kind and courteous as he explained further on what to expect. Both Geovanni and Dr. Bell have a sense of humor that will make any patient feel at ease and ready for even 2 wisdom teeth to be extracted like I did. I’m beyond grateful and appreciative of their treatment and good nature. In times like this I wish the world had more humans like them to make it a pleasant place. Thank you Franklin Dental and I highly recommend this place!!

The hygenist Angela H. was very professional and friendly. Helped me understand my son's treatment and assisted in making sure he got the best of care. She took notice of his sensitivity and helped schedule out the work to the best of his comfort. Front office staff was friendly and as long as you have a confirmed appointment you'll be seen accordingly. I'm so glad Franklin Dental took over and improved service. The office is clean and in order. They conviently offer orthodontist services as well. A bonus is not only do they treat kids but adults as well.

I must say that this experience was better. From when i walked in the ladies at front desk greeted me with a welcoming good morning. We waited for about 30 minutes (not bad ) My hygienist Angela was informative and very pleasant.

To whom it may concern, my last visit to your Clinic was outstanding. Dr Griffin and the hygienist where truly great. I truly appreciate the professional manner in which they both attended to my needs. There both a credit to Dentistry. Kudos to everyone at Franklin Dental Clinic. Thank You Much !

Dr. Reddick and Da. Aracelis did a great job with my son. They were very efficient and they took pride and care with him. I would definitely use them. Im not easily trusting but I trusted them with my son and they definitely earned it. Thanks to them my son is free of pain.

today I had my first filling ever and I was nervous but thanks to the team who attended me I felt comfortable. Dr.Griffith and Kevin explained everything to me and guided me through the procedure making my visit a great one.

Everyone was no nice and pleasant, had a great experience. All the front desk ladies were so awsome , nice and funny .

Last Visit Was Super Quick Appointment Was At 10 Was Out By 10:30 With A Need Of A fFill In Assisted By Geovanni && Another Young Lady Whom Told Me Which Room && Set My Next Appointment Date, Not Sure Why They Have Bad Reviews I've Been Nothing But In && Out Feeling Like Laid Back Family People There" You Have To Not Have A Sense Of Humor To Dislike The Ppl Working There Although The Little Shorty Short Guy Have Left The Place Lol Its Cool!! Still Love This Place!!
