Cupcakes Bakery & Deli

I cannot express how I really liked this bakery. The staff are so pleasant and just fun to talk to. Very polite and respectful. On top of that the Key Lime pie we got was the best we have ever eaten. I highly recommend this place. I am excited to try other treats they make. Plus they made our pie on short notice.

Milli and James are amazing! And take pride in what they do, you can feel the love within their establishment. I walked in for a menu and in return I got great conversation, got to learn of the history of their business and all the amazing milestones that have been reached. They gave me a cupcake to try and it was the moistest, spongiest, cupcake I have ever had. Who doesn’t love chocolate and peanut butter together? It was so rich and smooth, and it was a out of body experience literally!

I ordered a Key Lime Pie for my daughter’s birthday… the BEST key lime pie ever!! Thank you Milli so glad I found you I will certainly order from you again. I posted on Facebook about your business, please stay in the area and keep sharing your talents. Yummy good!!

I ordered a cupcakes cake for my daughter's birthday party. And let me tell you. These were some of the best cupcakes I have ever had. Customer service was absolutely fantastic! Will definitely be ordering from the lovely people again.!!

Great experience. 1st time there, very friendly. Cupcakes were very good. Seemed a little pricey, but locally owned business and I am ok paying a little extra to support local business owners. It's not just cupcakes, they are a deli too!! They are developing more of a "soul food/southern" motif, with a fried catfish/Mac n cheese type of menu. I will be back to try the deli food. Kind of a small dining area. I guess this isn't the sit-down-and-eat type of food, so that's ok. Very good first visit.

This beautiful little family owned cupcake/soul food bakery and deli is THE hidden gem of Tri-Cities. In Kennewick ongoing 16 years and WELL DESERVING OF IT! We got cupcakes and three Mac Stacks sandwiches that normally come with coleslaw on sourdough which they had run out of for the third and substituted with three delishous pretzel buns with a sweet BBQ sauce. Hands down, best BBQ any of the 4 of us have had in Tri-Cities (coming from people who lived in the south)! With a side of potato salad and fries that were both better than any I've ever come across. Very friendly, accommodating, and homey service was provided. We got 6 gorgeous cupcakes, the 3 mouth watering sandwiches, and 4 waters was a total of only $65. HIGHLY RECOMMEND FOR FULL, HAPPY BELLIES! 😁🥰

This place is amazing! I walk in and instantly feel like I'm a part of the family. I can't believe how much food you get for the price! I feel that I was stealing, but really, these people are just down to earth, loving people, serving them with a pure heart. I WILL be back with friends. Thank you so much for the amazing food.

I adore Milli and her business! She is absolutely talented and passionate about her work. I ordered a cake for my nieces cake smash last year and she went above and beyond our expectations. She was also easy to reach and got our order in promptly. I am so happy to have gone to her. This year, I am ordering from her again 3 dozen cupcakes for my nieces second birthday and cannot wait to see what Millie comes up with. I would recommend going to her for all baking goods and any special occasions. Again, her talent, professionalism, and passion really speaks volumes through her work.

They made us a perfect Mississippi Mud pie. Ordered it on a Tuesday and it was ready Saturday. The crust was amazing, it had what I think we're pecans that added a nutty flavor.

We stopped in for lunch this afternoon, having heard about their catfish from a friend, and it didn’t disappoint. The collard greens, the red beans, and the massive pieces of catfish were delicious, and the sweet tarter went with it perfect. The fish fry was well seasoned and the hush puppies were crunchy and chewy just like they should be. We got a couple cupcakes as well and I can tell you, I haven’t had a chocolate cake that moist in a very long time. So glad we made the stop and will definitely be back!!

This place & their soul food is delicious! I ordered riblets, mac & cheese, cornbread. The taste is incredible, and nice size portions. Definitely filling. Their cupcakes and cheery cobbler are to die for. Cant wait to try their Louisiana soul food in February. Will definitely be back again, and recommend to everyone! Thank you!

First time and ordered for company lunch. The BBQ chicken was divine! The pulled pork & loaded fries are amazin! We got an assortments of cupcakes, too, especially since this was our first time eating here and we shared a bit of everything. The carrot cake cupcake was so good, if you put it on your forehead, your tongue would flap your brains out! Will be back for seconds, but the portions are no joke! You're hungry will be well fed. Those cupcakes are pure decadence, so good they might be sinful. I'd echo the comments about the family feel. Some great people cookin' great food!

Had a cake made for my son here. They were so excited to do a kids cake. Coming up with so many ideas. We loved the final result. Definitely will be coming back and highly recommend.

We ordered 6 dozen mini pies for a Celebration of life. Milli made the most perfect pies for us and delivered them to the venue so I had nothing to worry about. I am so thankful for that. Everyone loved the pies. They were delicious and perfect!

What a combination!! Soul food, Boba, and gourmet cupcakes! My wife and I love this place and we highly recommend it! Give them a call before you come in and see what they have cooking as soul food dishes vary. Every cupcake, tea, and food dish we bought has been amazing we have tried almost everything on the menu. I am so impressed! I am from Tri-Cities but live in Minnesota. I have really been wanting to get some cookies delivered to my dad for special occasions sometimes, but was bummed to see the lack of options over the past couple years. Thankfully, I found Cupcakes in a Google search, and was very happy with their selection, so I decided to give them a call and try to order. I reached the actual owner/baker on the phone, and she was so considerate. She quickly ascertained the type of cookie order I'd like to have, and custom-prepared a plate of wonderful cookies for my dad. She even hand-delivered them herself on the date that I picked, and that was a very special touch! She was very personable to me on the phone, and to my parents when they got to meet her for her delivery. The delivery charge was very reasonable. As for the cookies, my dad says they are awesome, delicious, scrumptious cookies... AND she added FOUR extra cookies to the dozen that I ordered!!! I am so happy with Cupcakes! Thank you!!!
