Throughout both processes I felt like if they really cared about my situation and wanted me to be happy, which is always important as a customer. Michael Schaffer not only took time to get back to me at every time in a timely manner during business hours, but would always answer my questions after hours or on weekends. I could not have asked for a better realty office to assist me in selling my home and my new purchase. They guided me through the whole process in a way that was welcoming and caring. I can't speak about other reviews only my own experience with Realty Resource . My interaction with both Michael Schaffer as well as Brian was nothing but professional. They researched properties based on my criteria and were able to find me exactly what I was looking for. The closing went smoothly and Michael even went the extra mile to meet with painters and other subs when I was unable to be there. I can not say enough good things about this company and I would not hesitate to use them or recommend them in the future.

My family and I recently had the pleasure of working with two of their realtors and couldn't have been happier. Brian went above and beyond for us, while showing us several properties. He helped us with new daily e-mail updates of properties to choose from, and was very accommodating as we changed our minds several times on the location, price, and just about every other detail we could think of.
As we became overwhelmed with our options and crunched on time as our home closed it's sale up north, he even helped make it possible for us view houses on Christmas! Then he helped hand-pick a few houses (based off of a detailed list of requirements we had) and ended up finding us the perfect new house to call home. We couldn't be happier and were so grateful to have such a great realtor with us every step of the way. Even after the purchase of the house, he still graciously answered our phone calls about things we forgot to ask (like where the water heater is, and the color of paint on the walls).

This company is corrupt, level of the mafia! The realtors at this office are thiefs and liers. They will forge, lie, cheat and steel! DO NOT use this realty company or it's employees! The banks, appraisers, and brokers they use are all in on it together. I have heard it from former employees and been a victim myself. Just call the State Attorneys office and you will find out for yourself.

Not good...not good at all. Keep your money and work with someone else.
