I recently had an opportunity to work with Tom Clem at Exit Realty in Deland. While I wasn’t in a position to purchase a home at that moment, I was looking for a local lender that could assist me in a refinance which would ultimately put me in a position to start investing in real estate. Not only did Tom put me in touch with Janell Wooldridge at Equity Prime Mortgage, who was an absolute delight and did an excellent job with my refinance, but he was more than willing to use his extensive expertise in giving me knowledge and perspective on the market I hope to invest in. It’s rare that you find people that are willing to forgo instant gratification, and work hard to develop that relationship that will later pay off in spades. I’m excited to work with Tom and his team at Exit Realty in the future.
