Usually have a great experience at this pharmacy but Brenda was so short, careless and off putting. That’s about it.
Everyone else has been extremely kind and patient.

Does Publix have a statement on their website advising customers if they have been affected by Optum cyber attack? It's nowhere to be found. It would save a ton of phone calls to local pharmacies. Customers need to know where things stand. Do better Publix!

The pharmacy can be hit or miss. I've had as many problems as successes. Not verifying renewals, meds out of stock, texts saying its ready only to find out its not, auto refill not working. Definitely needs to be run better. The grocery department is the best in town. Always the best service, friendly and helpful.

This would have been 5 stars if I never dealt with KeKe over there … she messed up all of my prescription information and started an issue with me and the pharmacist over a misunderstanding… what a problem between my doctors office and the pharmacist… just became more aggravations than what my seizure medication is worth

Definitely NOT the Publix Pharmacy it use to be. The Pharmacy employees are very rude and in my opinion haven't been trained or maybe don't care that you must have patience and compassion working in the Healthcare industry. I work in Healthcare and have for many years and I know it can be frustrating, but if you can't have patience with sick customers and treat them with respect do us both a favor and find another JOB! I am tired of my elderly mother having to deal with the attitudes and disrespect at this Pharmacy! We will be moving to another Pharmacy very soon.

I take my parents to the Doctor at 3pm and he phone's in a prescription to the Palencia Publix Pharmacy and I pick it up at 5:30. I have a medical procedure done and my Doctor phones in a prescription at 9am, I get a text letting me know it was sent, I call the Moultrie Publix Pharmacy at 4:00pm to be told it will be ready the following day unless I need it and they will get it ready by 8:00pm

Usually they have a very nice people attending the pharmacy but today I have to say the lady was with the worse attitude and her face show that she was making us the favor, her tone was so rude. Her name was Oksana and I never saw her before I hope she is not permanent here

Worst pharmacy Ive ever been to. Other Publix pharmacy locations are wonderful. The female pharmacy tech or pharmacist was the nastiest I have ever encountered. Its a shame because the store is incredible. All times I have been there...same experiance. I will NOT go there ever again.
