These folks sent out a coupon to me, BUT whats the point if you cant get in, unless you have hours to waste away and sleep on the sofa in waiting area!!! I for one, consider the value of my time, greater! Very poor customer service. Didn't take advantage of their coupon nor will i ever! I also was lead to believe there is only 1 person working service bays. PATHETIC customer relations at front desk!

Tire Super Center DOES NOT KNOW LUXURY vehicles. I went in for a brake system job which includes brakes, rotors and sensor. They changed the brake pads by placing no name pads on there. Then the rotors were incorrect so I could not get them on my vehicle. Also they didn’t know that there is also a sensor that should be replaced when conducting a brake system job. They replaced 2 tires on my rear which were fine that’s about all they get the 1 star for. They need better knowledgeable staff who aren’t dealership rejects. I wouldn’t go back ever! I had another company clean up what they messed up.

I used to work here. Don’t even bother. Scam alert. You gotta watch them janky promoters. They Don’t pay employees on time and they don’t care about the customers. Won’t pass an inspection. Rats and bugs in the back. Contaminated fluid. If you come in for maintenance you will be back in a few weeks. Something went wrong.SCAMMERS SCAMMERS SCAMMMERS SCAMMERS. NO SENSE OF PROFESSIONALISM IN THE WHOLE SHOP.
